针对某型TA6钛零件表面黑色氧化膜结合力不合格的问题,从阳极氧化液组成和工艺参数方面进行原因分析。通过单因素试验和正交试验对原阳极氧化工艺进行改进,所得新工艺的溶液组成和操作条件为:K2Cr2O715~18 g/L,(NH4)2SO410~15g/L, MnSO45~10 g/L,pH(用Na2CO3调节)4.0~5.0,温度12~17°C,电压时间分步为2 V ×5 min+3 V ×4 min+4V ×4 min+5 V ×3 min。采用新工艺制备的氧化膜为均匀的哑光黑,与基体结合牢固,一次生产合格率在90%以上。
The reasons for unqualified adhesion of black oxidation film on a type of TA6 titanium part were analyzed from the aspects of anodizing bath composition and process parameters. The anodizing process was improved through single factor experiment and orthogonal test. The new anodizing bath composition and operation conditions were obtained as follows:K2Cr2O7 15-18 g/L, (NH4)2SO4 10-15 g/L, MnSO4 5-10 g/L, pH (adjusted with Na2CO3) 4.0-5.0,temperature 12-17 °C, the step-up voltage and time 2 V × 5 min+3 V × 4 min+4 V × 4min+5 V × 3 min. The oxidation film prepared by the new process is uniform and matte black and has strong adhesion to substrate. The qualification percent of products at first time is 90%or above.
