采用动电位极化技术及失重法研究Q235B碳钢/TA2钛和Q235B碳钢/TA2钛/海军黄铜在
海水中的电偶腐蚀规律.测定了Q235B碳钢、TA2钛和海军黄铜在海水中的自然腐蚀电位、腐
蚀
速率和稳态极化曲线,测定了不同面积比时电偶对电偶电流的大小、方向,电偶电位以及电
偶对阳极和阴极的失重速率,由电偶对不同面积比的数据得到Q235B碳钢被Ti电偶极化的动
态极化曲线.结果表明,阳极的腐蚀速率随阴/阳极面积比的增大而增加;阳极腐蚀速率随
阴/阳极面积比的增大有一个极限值,即当阴/阳极面积比大于这个极限值时,阳极腐蚀速率
不再增加.这三种金属构成的电偶对,海军黄铜是这个系统的阴极,受到碳钢的保护.

利用自行设计的动态模拟旋转装置,用失重法和电化学测试法通过改变转速、温度等条件研究了工业纯钛和00Cr25Ni22Mo2不锈钢在1mol/L H2SO4 溶液中的冲刷腐蚀。结果表明:随着转速的增加和温度的升高,工业纯钛和00Cr25Ni22Mo2不锈钢的冲刷腐蚀速度增大,高温(83℃、92℃)转速高于4.18m/s时腐蚀增加更明显;在本实验体系下,电化学因素对冲刷腐蚀的协同效应起相当大的作用;工业纯钛和00Cr25Ni22Mo2不锈钢在1mol/L H2SO4溶液中的阻抗图谱为单一容抗半圆弧,增大转速降低了极化电阻的数值,但不改变阻抗图谱的形状,说明冲刷作用加速了材料的腐蚀,但并未改变金属的腐蚀历程和溶解机制。

采用电解液微弧碳氮化技术(PECN), 在纯钛试样表面沉积出较厚且与基体结合牢固的多孔纳米
Ti(CxN1-x)改性层, 研究了改性层结构和组成随PECN处理时间的演变规律. 结果表明: 随放电处理时间延
长, PECN--Ti(CxN1-x)膜层厚度、膜层中C/N的原子比以及微孔直径皆增加. 处理150 min时, Ti(CxN1-x)
膜层厚度可达15 um, 且膜层是由晶粒尺寸为40-60 nm的纳米晶粒组成. 处理过程中有氢渗入, 并在Ti(CxN1-x)
层下面形成富含TiH2的过渡层. 后期的真空退火处理可以将氢除去使TiH2完全分解, 而不影响表面Ti(CxN1-x)

Substituted thiophene sensitized, nanocrystalline TiO2-based quasi solid-state solar cells were fabricated by using either poly (3-thiophene acetic acid) (P3TAA) or a copolymer with poly (3-thiophene acetic acid)-poly (hexyl thiophene) (P3TAA-PHT) polymers and copper iodide (CuI) as a hole conducting material together with an ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bis (trifluoromethylsulfonyl) amide and lithium bis (trifluoromethanesulfone) imide as additives for charge transport promotion. Dramatic enhancements in the cell performances were observed with the additives in CuI. While the cell sensitized with P3TAA generated a short-circuit photocurrent of ~1.45 mA•cm-2, an open-circuit photovoltage of ~345 mV with a total power conversion efficiency of ~0.3% under simulated full sunlight of 100 mW•cm-2 (air mass: 1.5), the cell sensitized with copolymer P3TAA-PHT delivered ~0.25% efficiency under the same conditions with ~1.23 mA•cm-2 as photocurrent and ~371 mV as photovoltage.

The effect of hydrogen on the deformation behavior of three typical kinds of titanium alloys, pure Ti, Ti-6Al-4V and Ti-15V-3Cr-3Al-3Sn (Ti-15-3), at high temperature has been investigated by short time creep test. XRD and TEM techniques are used to examine the changes in their microstructures. The results show that deformation rutes of pure Ti and Ti-6Al-4V alloy can be greatly increased by hydorgen charping due to an increase of β phase volume in their microstructures. β→α transformation is found to occur in unchanged Ti-15-3 alloy during creep process. The addition of 0. 73wt% hydrogen can completely inhibit the deformation-induced transformation and strengthen the metastable β phase in Ti-15-3 alloy, resulting in a dramatic decrease of deformation rate of this alloy at 700° C.

使用氢氟酸、盐酸、硝酸混合酸溶解TaNb6合金样品,选择Nb 309.418 nm、Fe259.940 nm、Cr 267.716 nm、Ni 221.647 nm、Mn 257.610 nm、Ti 336.121 nm、Al 167.076nm、Cu 224.700 nm、Sn 189.989 nm、Pb 261.418 nm和Zr 339.19 8 nm为分析线,在仪器最佳工作条件下,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定TaNb6合金中铌、铁、铬、镍、锰、钛、铝、铜、锡、铅和锆,从而建立了TaNb6合金中铌及10种杂质元素的测定方法.采用基体匹配法绘制校准曲线可消除基体效应的影响.各待测元素校准曲线线性回归方程的相关系数均大于0.999 5;方法中各元素的检出限为0.000 1~0.02 μg/mL.按照实验方法测定TaNb6样品中铌、铁、铬、镍、锰、钛、铝、铜、锡、铅、锆,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为0.021%~0.25%,与国家标准GB/T 15076-2008(钽铌合金成分测试的规定方法)测定结果相吻合.

Deducting interference method was applied to determine the concentration of nitrogen in the presence of Ti.This procedure is available in treating the interference of same order diffraction in EPMA.
