铸态Ti-43Al-9V-0.3Y合金由γ相及少量α2, B2和YA2相组成,
为细小的近层片组织, 晶粒(层片团)尺
寸约为80 um, 层片体积分数约为85 %; 锻态合金由大量细小的动态再结晶等
轴γ晶粒组成, 组织细化显著, γ再
结晶晶粒尺寸约为1-5 um; 轧态合金为细小近γ组织, γ晶粒尺寸约为20um, 尺寸细小的B2相呈网络状分布在γ晶粒周围. 铸态合金在室温下的拉伸断裂强度约为510.6 MPa, 延伸率约为0.5%; 在700 ℃下的拉伸断裂强度约为425.8 MPa, 延伸率约为5.7%. 锻造和轧制后的Ti-43Al-9V-0.3Y合金的力学性能均得到了明显改善.

研究了两种不同Y 含量对8090Al-Li 合金拉伸性能及断裂行为的影响。实验表明:加入0.1wt-%Y 可在不降低强度的情况下提高合金的塑性,加入0.5wt-%Y 可在不降低塑性的情况下提高合金的强度。在峰值时效条件下,不加Y 的合金断裂为穿晶韧窝型和沿晶塑性混合方式,并伴有沿晶二次裂纹,加0.1%Y 不改变合金断裂模式,但使沿晶成分减少;加0.5%Y 合金则发生快速剪切断裂。本文从晶粒结构角度对断裂行为提出了解释。

The mechanical properties and deformation mechanisms of unidirectional carbon fiber reiopreed magnesium composites under tensile loading are studied. Two different materials are used as fiber coatings: a single silica and a gradient C/SiC/SiO2. The results show that, under the same preparation conditions, composite with the former coating is broken in a non-cumulative mode and its failure stress is rather low. Conversely, the latter coating demonstrates much better efficiency and the cormsponding composite is broken in a cumttlative mode.

A new process to refine the microstructure of α+βtvpe Ti alloys was developed by using hydrogen as a temporary alloying element.It involves hydrogenating the alloys below the hydrogenated β transus temperature about 0-40 K,air cooling to room temperature and then dehydrogenating at 948 K.Ti-6AI-4V and Ti-5AI-2.5Fe alloys treated hy this new process show much refined microstructures,and the yield strength,ultimate strength as well as the elongation increase 8—15,5—13 and 7—14% respectively

The microstructure and tensile properties of Al_4C_3 dispersion strengthened Al composite fabricated by reaction milling technique were investigated.It is indicated that the rod-like Al_4C_3 dispersoids having a diameter of 0.02-0.03 μm and a length of 0.1-0.3μm are formed by reaction of C with Al, and uniformly distributed in the Al matrix.The interface between Al_4C_3 and Al is clean and the interfacial bonding is good.The matrix consists of the subgrains which have the size of 0.3-0.4μm, and most of the Al_4C_3 dispersoids are distributed on the subgrain boundaries.The 11 vol.-% Al_4C_3/Al composite exhibits an UTS (ultimate tensile strength) of 400 MPa and an elongation-to-failure of 8.0%.

The aging precipitation structure and the properties of Al-Li-Cu-Zr alloys with 3 different Cu/Li ratios have been studied.Experimental results show that the aging hardening of the alloys consists of two steps:The first is strengthened by δ′-phase(δ′+T_1 phase in alloy No.3),and the second by δ′+T_1 phase(δ′+T_1+θ′phase in alloy No.3).The plate of T_1-phase can absorb the Li atoms from δ′ particles when the plate bumped into δ′-phase,and therefore, these δ′ phase particles become smaller and gradually disappear.The strength and hardness increase with the increase of Cu/Li ratio and cuases a decrease in plasticity.The crack mode would change from transgranular to intergranular.This is due to the precipitation of the equi- librium phases contained Cu at grain boundaries.

为了提高环氧树脂的力学性能,采用一步合成法制备得到氧化石墨烯(GO)-SiO2(GO-SiO2)杂化材料,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对杂化材料的形貌进行表征,成功制得了具有三维结构的GO-SiO2杂化材料;将GO、SiO2颗粒和GO-SiO2以相同的含量(质量分数均为0.1%)添加到环氧树脂中制备复合材料,利用万能强力仪测试复合材料的拉伸性能,比较3种填料对树脂基复合材料拉伸性能的影响;再分别将质量分数为0.1%、0.3%和0.5%的GO-SiO2添加到环氧树脂中制备GO-SiO2/环氧树脂复合材料,比较不同质量分数的GO-SiO2对树脂基复合材料拉伸性能的影响;利用SEM对拉伸样条的断截面进行扫描测试,分析了不同种类和不同比例的填料对树脂基复合材料的增强增韧效果,并分析其增强增韧机制.结果表明:GO-SiO2的增强增韧效果明显优于GO和SiO2颗粒,当GO-SiO2的添加质量分数为0.3%时,其增强增韧效果最佳.

用示差扫描热分析仪、光学显微镜和拉伸试验研究了不同退火温度(Ta)对Ti-50.8Ni-0.1Zr合金相变行为、显微组织和拉伸行为的影响.结果表明:Ta=400℃时,合金冷却/加热时的相变类型为A→ R→M/M→R→A两阶段可逆相变,而Ta=500℃时,冷却/加热合金正逆转变为A→R→M/M→A,在M逆转变过程中没有出现R相.在Ta为600℃和700℃时,合金冷却/加热时发生A→M/M→A一阶段可逆转变.退火时,合金发生回复、再结晶和晶粒长大3个过程.Ta=350~450 ℃时,为回复阶段,合金组织为纤维状.Ta=500~600℃时,为再结晶阶段,合金组织由纤维状变为无畸变的等轴晶.Ta=650 ~700℃时,为晶粒长大过程,显微组织为不均匀的粗大等轴晶.随着Ta的升高,合金抗拉强度在减小,马氏体相变临界应力先增大后减小,Ta较高时伸长率显著增大,600℃以后随着晶粒尺寸增大,伸长率有所下降.

研究了焊后热处理(PWHT)保温时间的变化对新型高Cr铁素体耐热钢焊接接头焊缝的组织形态,焊接接头的拉伸性能以及沉淀相的分布、颗粒尺寸等的影响.结果表明,随着保温时间的延长,马氏体板条尺寸逐渐增加,位错密度降低,组织发生了再结晶;大部分的M23C6沉淀相位于晶界/亚晶界,且颗粒尺寸比晶内的大得多,并逐渐粗化长大,几乎观察不到MX相的变化;焊接接头的拉伸性能随保温时间的延长逐渐升高,但受组织回复和再结晶的影响,增长速率逐渐降低.
