本文根据Al-7Si-0.45Mg铸造合金断裂微观特征的观察、对合金各种力学性能的测量和影响因素的分析以及对由此分析得出的该合金断裂组织控制参量——较大共晶Si粒子的线尺寸及其分布的观察和定量研究,提出了符合该合金断裂过程的微观断裂机理,并把该合金断裂的组织控制参量与断裂性能相联系,在铸造合金中建立了符合合金微观断裂机理的断裂统计模型。

镁粉和石灰粉喷吹脱硫是目前铁水预处理脱硫的重要方法之～.利用某厂大量现场生产数据应用冶金学和统计学基本原理进行多元回归分析,得出了几种主要的操作参数(铁水温度、铁水初始硫含量以及脱硫剂喷吹速度和镁粉吨钢耗量)与铁水脱硫率相关的数学模型.同时,应用该方程讨论了镁粉和CaO粉剂喷吹铁水脱硫时各操作工艺参数对脱硫率的影响,提出提高铁水脱硫率的基本措施.

The statistical model for the fracture toughness of a modified Al-7Si-0.45Mg cast alloy has been proposed on the basis of analysis of the correlation between the size distribution of crack nuclei and Si particles and of the micromechanism of fracture.The suitable criterion of frac- ture toughness according to the model has been given.The model has found a good explana- tion for the fracture feature,fracture toughness and microstructure,and agreed with the ex- periments very well.
