在600℃~700℃固态NaCl和水蒸气综合作用下K38G及其纳米晶涂层的腐蚀行为

用磁控溅射方法在K38G合金上溅射了一层与其成分相同的纳米晶涂层,研究了铸态合金及其 纳米晶涂层在600℃~700℃固态NaCl 和水蒸气综合作用下的腐蚀行为.结果表明,纳米晶涂 层的腐蚀增重比铸态合金的大,抗腐蚀能力反而下降.讨论了铸态合金和纳米晶涂层的腐蚀 机理.

纳米化对K38G合金900℃涂盐热腐蚀行为的影响

通过磁控溅射方法在K38G合金上沉积了一层与其同成分的纳 米晶涂层.研究了铸态K38G合金及其纳米晶涂层在900℃的涂盐(盐的成分为75%Na2SO4+2 5%K2SO4)热腐蚀行为.结果表明:当涂薄盐膜时(08 mg/cm2),纳米晶涂层表面 生成 一层连续的Al2O3膜,消除了内硫化;当涂厚盐膜时(3 mg/cm2),纳米晶涂层表面氧 化产物为Al2O3、Cr2O3和TiO2混合氧化物,虽然没有消除内硫化,但纳米晶涂层 仍然提高了合金的抗热腐蚀性能.并讨论了纳米晶涂层的抗热腐蚀机理.

HOT CORROSION BEHAVIOR OF K38G ALLOY AND ITS SPUTTERED NANOCRYSTALLINE COATING BY PRE-DEPOSITED SULFATE AT 900℃

The sputtered nanocrystalline coating of K38G alloy was obtained by magnetron sput-tering. The hot corrosion behaviors of cast K38G alloy and its sputtered nanocrys-talline coating by pre-deposited 75wt%Na2SO4+25wt%K2SO4 at 900℃ were studied.The results indicated the occurrence of internal sulfidation in the cast K38G alloy withpre-deposited sulfattes of 0.8 and 3.0mg/cm2. However, the internal sulfidation wasnot observed in the coating with pre-deposited 0. 8mg/cm2 sulfate. The hot corrosionresistance of K38G alloy was clearly enhanced through nanocrystallinzation, althoughthe internal sulfides were still formed for the coating with sulfate deposit of 3mg/cm2.The relevant hot corrosion mechanism was also discussed.
