研究了磷酸三丁酯(TBP)从氯化钠稀盐酸溶液中萃取Zn和Cd,用多种物理化学方法确定了萃合物的组成。实验结果表明,TBP从氯化钠的稀盐酸溶液中萃取Zn,Cd,其有机相络合物的形式分别可能为ZnCl_2·2TBP和CdCl_2·2TBP。对于Cd,在较低的酸度条件下,有机相中就出现氯镉酸(HCdCl_3)的共萃取,随着溶液酸度增加,有机相萃合物中H_2CdCl_4占主导地位。而对于Zn,只有当溶液酸度达到一定值时([HCl]>0.1mol/L),有机相萃合物中才出现氯锌酸(HZnCl_3)的形式。此外,对萃取机理及温度效应也进行了讨论。

以丁酮为萃取溶剂,研究了SEBF-2熔融结合型环氧粉末涂层自由膜在160℃~230℃经不同时间固化后的萃取固化度。用温度-时间重叠技术分析了涂膜固化反应动力学过程,并用扫描电镜观察了萃取形貌。结果表明,在160℃~230℃之间。萃取固化度随温度升高与时间的延长而增加;在230℃经长时间固化,涂膜发生热降解。在研究温度范围内,萃取固化反应呈现单一激活能,表明固化过程主要受单一反应机制所控制。

The extraction equilibrium of cerium(IV) and fiuoriue(l) from II2SO4 solution tyCyanex 923 was studied. The extraction mechanism of Ce(IV) and F(I) by Cyanex923 was determined by the method of slope analysis. The results showed that Cyane923 can extract HF as HF.L and Ce4+ together with HF as Ce(HF)(HSO4)2(SO4).2Lby which HF comes into the organic phase mainly when there is Ce4+ in the solution,where L is the extractant. Temperature did not affect the extraction. The IR spectraof purified Cyanex 923 saturated with Ce(IV) and HF were discussed.``

In present research,a novel extractant system(D2EHPA+naphthenic acid+pyridine-ester) was used to purify cobalt anolyte and a simulated industrial produc-tion were carried out.This novel extraction system can extract Cu and/or Ni against Co from chloride medium solutions at pH range of 2.5-4.5.About 2g/l nickel and 0.2g/l copper were removed from the cobalt chloride anolyte containing about 100g/l cobalt and 200g/l chloride ions respectively,the raffinate contains nickel and copper less than 0.03g/l and 0.0003g/l respectively and can be used to electrolyze high-purity cobalt.About 5.5t cobalt anolyte was purified in the simulation industrial experiment and kilogram quantities of cobalt of 99.9809CDAC7Curity and about 95recovery have been produced.

Studies have been made on the extraction of Zn and Cd by TBP(tri-n-butyl phosphate) from diluent hydrochloric acid solutions of soldium chloride.The experiments show that the species extracted from diluent HCI solutions of NaCl appear to be predominantly ZnCl_2· 2TBP and CdCl_2·2TBP.For Cd,at lower acidities,anionic complexes of the type H_2CdCl_3 are also extracted.As the acidity is increased,H_2CdCl_4 appear to be predominant complexes in organic phase.For Zn,the acidocomplexes of the type HZnCl_3 appear in organ- ic phase after the acidity of solutions reaching a certain value([HCl]>0.1 mol/L). Furthermore,the ultraviolet absorption spectra of both aqueous and organic phases have been studied,and the infrared spectra of the organic phases have been exomined.The extraction mechanism and temperature effect are also discussed.

考察萃取剂Versatic 10以及它和Cyanex 301组成的复配萃取体系从含有镁钙离子的硫酸盐溶液中萃取分离镍钴离子的萃取和反萃特征。Versatic 10萃取分离镍钴和钙镁的最佳条件为初始pH值为2.5、油水体积比O/A为1/3、皂化率为60%。Versatic 10的负载有机相用2 mol/L的硫酸溶液以O/A为1/1进行反萃。复配萃取体系中Versatic 10和Cyanex 301的最佳体积比为7/3,复配体系能有效降低镍钴和钙镁萃取分离的平衡pH值至3.50,当O/A为1/2时,2 mol/L的硫酸溶液可以对负载有机相进行有效反萃。Versatic 10与金属离子进行萃取的反应机理为离子交换,而Cyanex 301与金属离子之间不仅有离子交换还有强烈的配位效应,这种配位效应在复配体系与金属离子萃取过程中被大大削弱。

在SnCl2-HCl-Rh体系中用N-正丁基异辛酰胺萃取铑,采用正交试验的方法,进行了萃取条件实验。引入萃取率计算公式评价各组优劣,以获得最优实验组。实验证明,选择N-正丁基异辛酰胺浓度为1.5 mol/L、磷酸三丁脂加入量为2 mL、HCl浓度为4 mol/L的条件下,N-正丁基异辛酰胺萃取铑一次萃取率达到99%。
