The rectification of eccentricity was revealed to be more effective in tube sinking than drawing with a mandrel.The ratio of thickness to diameter of tube blank on both sides of thick and thin wall seems to be the principal influential factor in rectifying eccentricity.The greater the ini- tial outside diameter and the initial wall thickness difference are and the less the initial wall thickness of the tube blank is,the better the rectification is.

研究了管材空拉时偏心变化的规律。结果表明:空拉比衬拉的纠偏效果更强;影响空拉纠偏效果的基本因素是管坯厚壁与薄壁侧的厚径比S_(?1)/D_H及S_(H2)/D_H;管坯原始外径D_H、原始壁厚偏差(S_(H1)—S_(H2))越大以及原始壁厚值(S_(?1)+S_(?2))越小,则其纠偏效果越好。
