本文研究了LF6防锈铝在预加弹性应力作用下,再结晶诱发塑性(RIP)现象,对RIP 试验的δ-T 曲线的分析和特征点的TEM 观察表明,该合金冷变形组织在弹性应力作用下加热过程中产生的宏观塑性流变,是再结晶诱发塑性的结果,初步探讨了该合金的高温拉伸性能和再结晶诱发塑性的机理。

This paper demonstrates that plasticity enhancement processes previously observed in bcc metals and associated with the presence of surface films and precipitates or dispersoids are operative in or- dered intermetallic compounds.' Some specific results are given for NiAl-and MoSi_2-based materials.The plasticity of NiAl and related B2 ordered alloys at room temperature during monotonic deformation can be enhanced by application of surface films such as electroless nickel platings.Sig- nificant effects are also observed during cyclic deformation.The presence of ductile second phases such as fcc γ or the ordered phase γ' introduced by alloying also enhances the plasticity of NiAl. MoSi_2 exhibits similar effects of surface films and second phases,but primarily at elevated tempera- tures,T>900℃.In this paper,we illustrate the effects of ZrO_2 surface films deposited near room temperature and TiC particulate additions introduced by powder processing techniques.In all cases, the plasticity enhancement is associated with enhanced dislocation generation processes under the conditions of constrained deformation at the film-substrate or precipitate/dispersoid-matrix inter- face of the composite system.

An approach to study the recrystallization-induced plasticity(RIP)phenomenon in the 18Ni maraging steel under the elastic stress has been made by the analysis of dynamic behaviour at elevated temperatures,the phenomenological analysis of dynamic strain feature curves,the confirmation of phase transformation point and TEM observation of RIP processing itself.

The melt flow induced by the electromagnetic stirring in the molten low sulphur steel may re- fine the original austenite grains,but widen the secondary denritic arm spacings.As a result, the ultimate tensile strength of the steel will be improved and the reduction of area will be re- markably decreased.The microalloying by an addition of Ce may retard the unfavourable ef- fect of the electromagnetic stirring.

分别以粒度≤3 mm的电熔棕刚玉、高铝矾土熟料和矾土均质料为主要原料制备了高炉用无水炮泥,研究了加入量(w)均为30%的3种原料对炮泥性能的影响.结果表明:1)与高铝矾土熟料相比,矾土均质料孔隙率较低,用其制备的炮泥在获得良好塑性的条件下需要的焦油量较少;2)加入矾土均质料炮泥的常温耐压强度和高温抗折强度明显高于加入高铝矾土熟料炮泥试样的,其性能与加入棕刚玉炮泥的性能相近,并且炮泥性能具有良好的稳定性;3)加入矾土均质料炮泥具有优异性能的原因得益于矾土均质料化学组成和矿物组成均匀稳定,材料结构中存在大量发育良好的莫来石相.

研究了四种应变速率(10-3,5,50,200 s-1)下HC340LA低合金高强度钢板的拉伸性能、显微组织和断口形貌.结果表明:与准静态拉伸(应变速率10-3 s-1)相比,高应变速率(应变速率5,50,200 s-1)下试验钢表现出更好的塑性、更高的抗拉强度和屈强比;而在高速拉伸时随着应变速率的增加,其塑性和抗拉强度降低,主要原因是铁素体的晶粒尺寸减小且分布不均匀,晶界增多;HC340LA钢板的断裂服从韧性断裂机理,与应变速率200 s-1时相比,应变速率50 s-1时断口中的韧窝较为均匀,尺寸大而深.

研究了长径比对Ti40Zr25Ni8Cu9Be18块体非晶合金压缩塑性的影响.结果表明,试样长径比人于1时具有很低的塑性,相反,长径比小于1时具有很好的塑性.试样断裂前延伸率最大达到了86%.试样塑性的差异是由于几何约束的限制对剪切带的行为产生了影响.剪切带密度(间距)随着应力的增加而线性增加,硬度随着塑性应变的增加而线性降低.研究结果与应力导致的局域结构膨胀和变形诱导剪切带内自由体积的增加是一致的.

研究了低碱度、低氧化铝精炼渣对帘线钢夹杂物控制情况.试验采用LD→LF精炼→软吹Ar→连铸工艺生产帘线钢,在碱度1.0、Al2O3质量分数为5%左右的精炼渣成分控制条件下,钢中酸溶铝Als的质量分数控制在0.000 5%左右,进而控制夹杂物中Al2O3质量分数在22%以内,使得帘线钢中氧化物夹杂MnO-Al2O3-SiO2类、CaO-Al2O3-SiO2类复合夹杂物实现了良好的塑性化控制.根据分析,在帘线钢夹杂物去除方面,软吹氩处理对钢中CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系复合夹杂物去除效果比对MnO-Al2O3-SiO2类夹杂物更加明显;在成分控制方面,钢液中Als含量随着炉渣碱度、炉渣Al2O3质量分数的升高而升高,而夹杂物中Al2O3质量分数会随着钢液中Als含量升高而升高.
