测试了非晶Tb_(32)Fe_(54)Co_(14)膜的垂直膜面各向异性能、矫顽力和Kerr角。经X射线、电子衍射、XPS和Auger剖面分析证实,在100℃下退火,Tb_(32)Fe_(54)Co_(14)膜的非晶“相结构”和氧含量没有明显变化。对膜施加应力后,其性能发生明显变化,认为在制备过程中引入的应力与磁伸缩相耦合的应力感生各向异性是膜垂直各向异性的主要来源。非晶Tb_(32)Fe_(54)Co_(?4)膜的热不稳定性的原因是低温退火过程中的应力弛豫所致。

以双靶射频溅射和交替沉积的方法制备了不同化学组成的BaM铁氧体薄膜.对所沉积的薄膜进行了两种不同方式的热处理.通过热处理后铁氧体薄膜的X射线衍射(XRD), 逆转换电子穆斯堡尔谱(CEMS)及原子力显微镜(AFM)等微观结构的分析和宏观磁性的测试,结果表明两步骤退火过程对于垂直取向结构的形成是有利的.

The amorphous CoZr soft magnetic films with superior properties were prepared by radio-frequency sputtering under pressure of 0.5Pa Ar.The saturation magnetization of the amorphous CoZr films with relation to the Zr content and temperature was investigated.The amorphous CoZr films composed of different constituents obey the Bloch T~(3/2)-low in a wide range of temperatures.The number of electrons transferred from each Zr atom to 3d energy band of Co calculated by the rigid band model is about 2.27.

The perpendicular anisotopy,coercivity and Kerr rotation angle of the amorphous Tb_(32)Fe_(54)Co_(14) films were studied.The X-ray,electron diffraction,XPS and AES profile con- firmed that no obvious change in their amorphous structure and oxygen concentration is ob- served after annealing at 100℃,while their properties alter evidently under bending stress.It seems to be believed that the perpendicular anisotropy in the Tb_(32)Fe_(54)Co_(14) films mainly arises from the induced stress during preparation and the magnetostriction coupling stress,as well as,the thermal instability of the film relates closely to the stress relaxation during annealing.
