The intergranular carbides may significantly increase rupture life and ductility of the Fe-15Cr-25Ni alloy.This seems due to the grain boundary sliding and diffusion hindered by precipitation of intergranular carbides,so the nucleation and growth rate of cracks or cavities are reduced.

本文报道了晶界碳化物对Fe—15Cr—25Ni合金蠕变断裂性质的影响。结果表明,晶界碳化物大大提高了合金断裂寿命与延性、这是由于晶界碳化物的析出阻碍了晶界滑移与扩散,从而降低了裂纹或空洞形核与生长速率。
