本文的目的是研究Cr17铁素体不锈钢的初始凝固组织对与皱折特性相关的晶粒簇的演变的影响以及揭示初始凝固组织对冷轧退火板皱折的影响机制。利用电子衍射背散射(EBSD)技术对Cr17铁素体不锈钢不同初始凝固组织的铸坯的轧制、退火试样的五种晶粒簇进行了研究。结果表明,晶粒簇的演变对初始凝固组织的依赖性很大。等轴晶铸坯的冷轧退火试样比柱状晶铸坯的冷轧退火试样具有更少的{001}<110>晶粒簇和更多的{111}<112>晶粒簇,且两种晶粒簇的分布更紧密。两种铸坯冷轧退火试样的皱折特性的差异归因于两者的{001}<110>、{111}<112>晶粒簇数量和分布的不同,而与{001}<010>、{111}<110>、{112}<110>晶粒簇无关。

研究了铁素体不锈钢在低温轧制过程中织构演变及γ纤维再结晶织构的形成机制。结果表明: 1.冷轧退火板厚度方向各层织构特征存在显著差异, 这主要是由于低温轧制过程中沿板厚方向不同应变状态导致的热轧织构梯度的遗传; 2.热轧及退火后, 表层织构以剪切织构组分为主, 冷轧后得到主要组分集中在{112}<110>和{111}<110>的冷轧织构。因此, 冷轧退火后形成不均匀的γ再结晶纤维织构。3.热轧及退火后, 半厚度层及中心层织构以γ纤维织构为主,冷轧后得到与α纤维织构强度相近且主要组分集中在{111}<112>的γ纤维织构。因此, 冷轧退火后形成均匀的γ再结晶纤维织构。

In this paper, the recrystallization behavior of steel 9Gr- 1Mo - V-Wb - N at high temperature was studied using Gleeble - 1500 thermalmechanical simulator.The critical conditions of occurrence of dy- namic recrystallization during hot deformation were obtained,and by means of double hit testing with an inter -hit time, the metabynamic recrystallization between rolling passes and its effect factors were also imitated.Additionally,the deformation activation energy of T91 steel,the relationship between critical stress,strain, temperature, and strain rate were regressed respectively, the results were sati- sfied.

T4003 and Q450NQR1, as well as Nirosta 4003 and Q450NQR1 dissimilar metal joints were welded by ER-309 welding wire. The microstructure oftheir base metal and joint were analyzed by metallographic approach. The corrosion resistance of base metal and joints was evaluated by salt fog and electrochemical corrosion tests. The results demonstrated that as far as the similar metal joints of Nirosta 4003 and T4003 was concerned, the corrosion resistance of welding line was much better than that of base metal. However, the corrosion resistance of heat affected zone (HAZ) became worse. In the case of dissimilar metal joints of Nirosta 4003 and Q450NQR1, as well as T4003 and Q450NQR1, the corrosion resistance of welding line was reduced. Under salt spray condition, the corrosion resistance of welding line and base metal of similar metal joints was comparative. However, the dissimilar metal joints of Nirosta 4003 and Q450NQR1, as well as T4003 and Q450NQR1 exhibited obvious corrosion. Especially, abundant corrosion pits were found near the side of Q450NQR1. Due to the different corrosion voltages of stainless steel, weathering steel, HAZ, and welding line, a series of micro-batteries were formed in the dissimilar metal joints, which worsened the corrosion of weathering steel.

随着固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)的工作温度从1000℃降低到600-800℃,铁素体不锈钢成为SOFC连接体材料的最佳选择,但在高温氧化气氛下,氧化层快速生长以及cr的毒化问题使得电池堆性能大大降低。目前,主要的解决方式是在基体材料表面涂镀保护膜层和材料改性。前者由于生产简单、成本低成为当前研究热点。本文主要介绍金属连接体保护膜的分类和研究现状,并探讨各膜层材料的优缺点及发展前景。

测试了添加稀土元素和Ti、Nb的11%Cr铁素体不锈钢的力学特性,观察了退火后冲击试样的断口形貌,利用金相显微镜和透射电镜观察退火前后不锈钢的组织,分析加入稀土的铁素体不锈钢韧性变化原因.结果表明:退火前添加稀土比添加Ti、Nb的11%Cr铁素体不锈钢综合力学性能提升效果好;退火后添加稀土的11%Cr铁索体不锈钢为韧性断裂,这是由于稀土夹杂物在晶界上富集,起到钉扎效应.

采用金相分析、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术等方法研究了00Cr20Al6铁素体不锈钢在不同退火保温时间下其显微组织、再结晶比例及力学性能的变化.结果表明:当退火温度均为700℃时,随着退火后保温时间的延长,此钢的再结晶比例从66.4%升至94.3%,小角度晶界逐渐被大角度晶界所替代,伸长率从15%升高至22.7%.经对比,当退火温度在700℃,保温时间为20 min时,此钢获得了较好的综合力学性能.

钢铁
铁素体不锈钢凝固过程中形成的柱状晶会影响钢的成形性,减少甚至避免铸坯柱状晶的形成,促进等轴晶的形成,对铁素体不锈钢来说尤为重要。采用连铸和模铸的试验方法浇铸了铁素体不锈钢430,以分析影响其凝固结构的因素。结果表明,电磁搅拌对430不锈钢连铸坯等轴晶的形成作用显著。无论模铸试验还是连铸试验,冷却强度对430铸坯柱状晶的形成都有明显的影响。在模铸试验条件下,碳、氮含量越高,越有利于其凝固时等轴晶的形成;在连铸试验条件下,由于温度梯度大,碳、氮含量对凝固组织的影响被削弱,但如果对钢液进行搅拌,碳、氮含量的变化对凝固组织仍然有明显的影响。
