伯胺(N1923)-正辛烷在硫酸体系中萃取和反萃Fe(III)机理的研究

对伯胺—正辛烷萃取体系在萃取和反萃过程中有机相组成和水含量的变化用FTIR和光子相关谱进行分析研究。结果表明:伯胺与水相酸作用生成了阳离子型表面活性剂的结构,在有机相中易生成反相胶团。其萃取和反萃过程的实质是反相胶团内外的阳离子交换过程。Fe(Ⅲ)以水合形式萃取入有机相中,Fe(Ⅲ)的水解可能发生在反相胶团的微环境中。

Cu-Al合金内氧化产物及其体积分数的测定

利用萃取方法研究了Cu-Al合金的内氧化产物及其晶 体结构,测定了Al2O3的体积分数.分析表明该方法简单、有效,既可用于内氧化的动 力学研究,又可利用其进行定性定量分析,本实验条件下Cu-Al2O3复合材料的增强体以 晶内纳米γ-Al2O3为主,含有一定量的界面θ-Al2O3和α-Al2O3.

叔胺从硫酸盐溶液中萃Fe(Ⅲ)机理的研究

本文报道叔胺(TOA)从硫酸盐介质中萃取Fe(Ⅲ)的机理。研究了萃合物的紫外及红外光谱。根据实验结果提出了萃合物的可能结构形式。认为叔胺只能萃取部分水解的Fe(Ⅲ),而伯、仲胺既能萃取水解形式的Fe(Ⅲ)也能萃取非水解形式的Fe(Ⅲ),不同的条件下两种机理可以同时进行或相互转变。讨论了三类胺萃取Fe(Ⅲ)及硫酸反萃取Fe(Ⅲ)的性能的差别。

EXTRACTION OF Zn AND Cd FROM CHLORIDE LIQUORS BY TRI-n-BUTYL PHOSPHATE

Studies have been made on the extraction of Zn and Cd by TBP(tri-n-butyl phosphate) from diluent hydrochloric acid solutions of soldium chloride.The experiments show that the species extracted from diluent HCI solutions of NaCl appear to be predominantly ZnCl_2· 2TBP and CdCl_2·2TBP.For Cd,at lower acidities,anionic complexes of the type H_2CdCl_3 are also extracted.As the acidity is increased,H_2CdCl_4 appear to be predominant complexes in organic phase.For Zn,the acidocomplexes of the type HZnCl_3 appear in organ- ic phase after the acidity of solutions reaching a certain value([HCl]>0.1 mol/L). Furthermore,the ultraviolet absorption spectra of both aqueous and organic phases have been studied,and the infrared spectra of the organic phases have been exomined.The extraction mechanism and temperature effect are also discussed.

SOLVENT EXTRACTION OF Fe(Ⅲ) FROM SULFATE SOLUTIONS WITH TERTIARY AMINE

The tertiary amine can be used to extract Fe(Ⅲ) very effectively in the pH range resulting in partial hydrolysis of Fe~(3+) ions.The iron extracted into the organic phase can be stripped rather easily with dilute H_2SO_4 or even with H_2O.Fe(Ⅲ) is extracted into the tertiary amine sulfate solution in the form of[(R_3NH)_2Fe(OH)(SO_4)_2]_2 complex by adduct formation.Equa- tion was derived to represent the chemical reactions involved during extraction.From the infrared spectrum studies on the extraction species in waxy solid form separated from the so- lution,sulfate group is a bidentate ligand to the iron atom.The extraction species has been considered to contain (FeOH)_2 unit based on the ultra violet spectra.The possible structure of the extraction species has been proposed.

MECHANISM OF EXTRACTION AND STRIPPING OF Fe(Ⅲ) WITH PRIMARY AMINE N1923 AS EXTRACTANT AND n-OCTANE AS DILUENT

Mechanism of extraction of Fe (III) from sulphate solution by primary amine N1923 and stripping of Fe loaded organic phase with dilute H_2SO_4 was investigated. The organic phase was characterized by FT-IR and photon correlation spectroscopy. The composition of extracted species as well as the content of H_2O in organic phase were determined. The dependence of both the rate of extraction and stripping on the formation of reverse micelle in primary amine (N1923)system has been confirmed. It is shown that the extraction of Fe(III) by primary amine sulphate may be related to the adduct formation or cation exchange reaction under different concentrations of H_2SO_4 in aqueous solution.

纳米材料对普洱茶浸提特性的影响

研究了纳米材料对普洱茶浸提特性的影响规律.首先,对纳米材料的平均粒径及分布进行了表征;对比研究了加入纳米材料前后蒸馏水的阴阳离子组成与浓度、pH值和可溶解性固体总量(TDS)及不同水样的17O-NMR半高峰宽等物化性能;其次,在室温(25℃)考察了不同纳米材料添加量下,普洱荼茶汤中茶多酚含量、氨基酸含量和水浸出物含量随浸提时间的变化关系.实验结果表明:纳米材料平均粒径为95.5 nm,阳离子组成主要为Ca2+.加入纳米材料后,蒸馏水的17 O-NMR半高峰宽由113 Hz减小至53 Hz.加入纳米材料后,茶多酚、氨基酸和水浸出物含量较未加入纳米材料显著提高,且浸出速率明显增加,快速达到动态平衡.

用萃取-置换镀-球磨法一次性制备片状银包铜粉

将自制的球形超细铜粉,通过球磨改性成为片状铜粉,同时进行化学还原和铜离子萃取,在银氨溶液中置换镀银,使银均匀地沉积在铜的表面,并借助球磨的机械作用使镀层更紧密,包覆更完全.该工艺过程简单,可兼顾成本和性能两方面要求,可一次性制备高性能、低成本的片状镀银铜粉.
