本文系统地研究了脆硫锑铅精矿中Sb,Sn和As在浸出与电积过程中的行为,指出改变浸出液组成和实验条件有利于提高Sb和Sn,As的分离效果;讨论了As在浸出液中的络离子形态及其在银汞膜电极上还原的机理,求得有关的电极动力学参数;讨论了SnS_4~(4-)离子在锡电极上还原的动力学规律,及溶液中Na_2S和SbS_3~(3-)离子浓度对SnS_4~(4-)还原过程电流效率的影响。

The separating efficiency of Sb from As and Sn in jamesonite concentrate could be improved by changing the composition of leaching solution and other conditions.The related kinetic parameters of electrode reaction were evaluated under discussion on the form of complex ion AsS_3~(3-)in extract and the reduction at amalgam electrode.It was also discussed about the ef- fect of eoncentration of Na_2S and SbS_3~(3-)in solution on the current efficiency of SnS_4~(4-) reduction.

以云南兰坪低品位氧化锌矿及其循环浸出渣的浮选精矿为原料,常温常压下在MACA(金属氨络合物)体系中进行循环浸出。浸出液先净化除砷和锑、再两段锌粉逆流置换深度净化,两次净化后液电积制取电解锌。考察工艺中循环浸出率、净化率、物质平衡以及电解锌质量和电耗等技术经济指标。结果表明:先用 MACA 法处理原矿粉,再浮选硫化锌的选-冶结合流程是合适的兰坪低品位氧化锌矿的处理方案,原矿锌的平均浸出率为70.48%,其氨可溶锌浸出率达到89.14%,浮选精矿锌的浸出率为79.75%,杂质元素的净化率达到95%,电解锌纯度达到99.98%,电流效率可达97.02%。

采用二步重熔法制备不同Gd含量的Pb-Gd合金材料,采用抗拉强度测试、阳极失重法研究Gd对Pb-Gd合金力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响,并利用CV(循环伏安曲线)和XRD分析研究Gd含量对Pb-Gd合金阳极电化学性能及物相组成的影响。结果表明:合金抗拉强度随Gd含量的增大而增大,当Gd含量达到2.0%(质量分数)时,合金抗拉强度为19.1 MPa,比纯Pb的提高69.0%;添加Gd没有影响阳极表面氧化膜物相的基本组成,阳极的表面氧化膜主要由β-PbO 2和PbO组成。稀土元素Gd能降低合金电极阳极稳定电位,且电位值随稀土元素含量的增加而减小。

采用二步重熔法制备了不同Pr含量的Pb-Pr合金阳极材料,通过材料力学性能测试、阳极腐蚀测试研究了稀土元素Pr对Pb-Pr合金阳极抗拉强度、耐腐蚀性的影响,并利用循环伏安曲线(CV)和线性极化曲线研究了Pr对Pb-Pr合金阳极电化学行为的影响.研究结果表明:合金抗拉强度随Pr含量增大而增大,当合金中Pr含量达到2.0%(质量分数)时,合金抗拉强度为21.1 MPa,较纯Pb抗拉强度提高了85.1%;稀土元素Pr添加量在1.0%以下时不会对铅基阳极腐蚀性能产生明显影响,当Pr添加量超过1.0%时,Pr的添加使得恒流极化时阳极生成的PbO2膜层疏松、多孔,降低了铅基合金的耐腐蚀性,当合金中Pr含量达到2.0%时,腐蚀速率提高到13.78 g·cm-2·h-1,较纯Pb(13.10g·cm-2·h-1)提高了5.19%;稀土元素Pr能降低合金电极稳定电位,且电位值随稀土元素含量的增加而减小,Pr含量达到2.0%时,阳极稳定电位约为2.190 V,与纯铅阳极稳定电位(2.314 V)相比下降5.4%.

In this paper, the sintered Ti anodes (STA) with Ti suboxide intermediate layers and β-MnO_2 active layers were investigated in detail. At usual industrial current densities, the oxygen evolution overpotential on STA is reduced by 350 mV compared with lead anodes. According to the equation obtained experimentally, the service life of STA may be expected to be more than 3 years. After los- ing activity, STA may be recoated with β-MnO_2 active layers and used again. The electrocatalytic activity and the service life of the reused anodes remained almost unchanged. The possible reasons for losing activity of STA during the anodic evolution of oxygen were investigated by means of elec- tron probe microanalysis, electron scanning microscope and X-ray diffraction.
