Determination was carried out of fatigue crack propagation rate of steel 65Cr5Mo3W2VSiTi (LM2)with various bainite contents and M/B duplex structure tempered at various tempera- tures.The threshold value of fatigue for each processing was estimated by experimental data. The mechanism for fatigue crack propagation of M/B duplex structure in steel LM2 seems to be non-continuous.The calculated fatigue crack micro-propagation rates are found to agree with the experimental data.

Fatigue crack propagation rate,da/dN,and threshold stress intensity range,ΔK_(th),of steel 20CrMnMo containing low carbon martensite or low carbon martensite/bainite(LCM/B) duplex structure,obtained by oil quenching and austempered at 360℃,have been measured using specimens under four-point bending.Observation was also made of the crack path and fracture morphology with relation to microstructure.The formation of LCM/B duplex structure,which caused by 20% lower bainite after short-time isothermal treatment,may re- markably increase ΔK_(th)and considerably decrease da/dN.The effect of microstructure on da/dN and ΔK_(th)was discussed with the emphasis on the crack propagation path.

采用真空自耗电极电弧炉熔炼技术、均匀化热处理、热等静压处理以及包套锻造工艺制备了大尺寸双态组织(DP组织)Ti-43Al-9V-Y合金锻坯,切取适量锻坯在1 350℃保温8h后得到全片层组织(FL组织),在室温,700,750,800,900℃下对两种组织合金不同位置处的试样进行拉伸试验,并对断口形貌进行观察.结果表明:DP组织合金的均匀性较好,不同位置处的拉伸性能无明显差异;在室温~700℃范围内,随着温度的升高,合金的屈服强度略有下降,但仍保持在较高水平;在700~900℃范围内,随着温度的升高,合金的屈服强度迅速下降,700℃时,DP组织和FL组织合金的平均伸长率分别为8.3%和2.05%,当温度高于700℃以后,合金开始呈现出软化趋势,800℃的拉伸断口表面可见韧窝及明显的氧化膜.
