Cu-Pb滑动轴承合金接触疲劳破坏的研究

接触疲劳实验结果表明,Cu-22%Pb滑动轴承合金疲劳破坏特性与Pb相分布有关;RE和S都能细化Pb相,但RE提高Cu-Pb合金的疲劳性能,而硫却降低其疲劳性能。

The results of the contacting fatigue tests for Cu-22%Pb plain bearing alloy show that the fa- tigue failure behavior of the alloy is related to the distribution of Pb particles.Both the addi- tions of mischmetal and sulphur can refine the Pb particles.However,mischmetal improves and sulphur deteriorates the fatigue property of the alloy.
