利用金相法测定了Ti_(50)Al_(48)M_2(M=Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Zr,Ga,Cu和Nb)中α?α+7相变温度以及不同温度固溶处理后初生γ相和层状区的体积百?含量,还根据透射电镜照片测定了部分Ti_(50)Al_(48)M_2合金中层状区内α_2相层片和γ相层片的厚度,用电子探针测定了合金元素Al,Cr,Mn和Nb在不同相中的分布这些结果可为合理选择合金化元素和热处理温度提供参考

本文研究了Mo,Si,B和化学计量成分对Fe_3Al和FeAl合金室温和高温拉伸性能以及组织结构的影响,结果表明,三种合金元素都使两种铁铝化物得到明显强化,但Mo和Si使其严重变脆,硼使FeAl增加塑性,断口由沿晶型变为穿晶准解理型。富Al的Fe_3Al和富Fe的FeAl合金室温塑性较化学计量化合物有明显提高。Fe_3Al从400—550℃,FeAl从400—500℃出现反常温度关系,用组织结构方面的结果对此进行了讨论。

本文通过时效硬化曲线测量、室温拉伸实验以及时效组织的电镜观察,研究了Li,Cu,Mg 等合金元素对Al-Li 合金时效行为、显微组织和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,增加Li 的含量,提高合金强度,但降低延性。较高的Cu,Mg 含量促进了S′相的析出,减少共面滑移,使变形均匀,因而在提高强度的同时改善了合金的延性。

The microstructures of Ti-14Al-21Nb and Ti-14Al-20Nb-2Mo-3.2V(wt%) alloys have been investikated by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The phase constitution and the orientation relationship between α2and βwere identified by means of the selected area diffraction and the micro-diffraction techniques.Results show that,compared to Ti-14Al-21Nb,the alloying elements Mo and V can greatly increase the fraction of β phase and improve significantly the microstructures of Ti-14Al-20Nb-2Mo-3.2V.The ordered B2 structure is also evident in the residual βgrains of the latter alloy.

The effect of alloying element such as Mo,Si or B and its stoichoimetric composition on the tensile properties at room and elevated temperatures,and also on the microstructure of Fe_3Al and FeAl alloys has been investigated.Two Fe aluminides were found to be obviously strengthened by all of three elements,but seriously embrittled by Mo and Si.An improvemen over the plasicity of FeAl may be made by adding B,and the fracture surface is variedfrom intergranular to transgranular cleavage type.The room temperature plasticity of the Fe-rich Fe_3Al or Al-rich FeAl is much better than that of the stoichoimetric aluminides.An anoma- lous temperature dependence on the yield strength of Fe_3Al in range of 400 to 500℃ or of FeAl in range of 400 to 500℃ was found.Discussion has been carried out by the aspect of microstructure.

he out of pile corrosion resistance of new Zirconium alloys in 500℃/10 3MPa steam has been investigated and the effect of alloying elements, Sn,Nb,Fe,Cr on the property has been analyzed. The results show that the new alloys have better corrosion resistance than Zircaloy 4. That no nodular corrosion is found during test cycles shows the nodular corrosion resistance can be dramatically improved by addition of alloying elements Nb. The Fe/Cr ratio should be properly controlled if there is Cr addition in the alloys when developing new alloys.

介绍了W-Ni-Fe合金中Cr、Co、Mn和RE(La,Y,La-Y)元素对其性能的影响,并扼要分析了合金元素对其性能的影响机制.其中,Cr与W、Ni、Fe、O等元素在合金中形成富Cr固溶体,进而会形成偏聚,降低W合金的结合强度及力学性能;Co元素可增强基体相对W颗粒的润湿性及界面间的结合强度,合金的塑性变形、强度及延伸率都有所提高;Mn元素在相界面上生成的中间相可阻止W原子在粘结相扩散,抑制W晶粒的长大,提高合金的力学性能.添加La-Y与单独添加La或Y的作用相同,当添加等量的稀土元素时,添加物对合金性能影响程度的顺序是Y>La-Y>La.

耐蚀黄铜被广泛地用作电厂、海船冷凝管的热交换材料。本文重点介绍了合金元素对黄铜耐腐蚀性能的影响及其作用的机理。在黄铜中添加一定量稀土可以对熔体进行脱氧、细化晶粒组织、改善杂质元素在合金的形态和分布,并与其他元素结合形成缓蚀剂,提高合金的耐蚀性能。添加稀土是未来发展新型环保黄铜的重要方向。

将Q235钢在450℃的Zn-Ni-Ti合金中热浸镀0.5~5 min,研究了锌池中添加0.03% ~0.06% Ni和0.02% ~0.04% Ti对含硅结构钢热浸镀锌层组织的影响.并通过电化学方法测试了Zn-Ni-Ti合金及其镀层在10% NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性.研究发现,锌池中同时添加0.03% ~0.05% Ni和0.02%~0.03% Ti可有效抑制Q235钢热浸镀锌时的硅反应性,合金层厚度明显减薄,其生长主要受扩散控制.而且不会形成大量的三元化合物渣滓.实验证实,添加微量Ni和Ti后,提高了锌合金及其镀层的耐蚀性.但当添加0.05% Ni +0.04%Ti时,镀层表面质量下降,还会形成较多的溶解了约1.0% Ni的Zn-Fe-Ti三元化合物.
