热锻模具钢的耐磨性及磨损机理研究

采用销盘式高温摩擦磨损实验机,针对一种新型铸钢、H13和H21钢在25-400℃下进行磨损试验,对比研究各种钢的耐磨性,并探讨了磨损机制.研究表明:室温下H21钢由于具有较多的未溶碳化物,比H13钢和铸钢具有高的耐磨性;在200-300℃下铸钢和H13钢随载荷的增加一直具有较低的磨损率和增长率,而H21钢当载荷达到200 N时磨损率忽然升高;在400℃下铸钢具有持续低的磨损率,明显低于H21和H13钢.可见,新型铸钢具有比常用热锻模具钢显著高的高温耐磨性.

钙处理钢用镁尖晶石炭滑板的损毁机理

对宝钢试用的镁尖晶石炭滑板进行了性能检测,并与铝炭锆、锆炭质滑板一起进行了抗CaO渣侵蚀试验,其抗侵蚀性优于后者。对用后的镁尖晶石炭滑板进行了显微结构分析,探讨了滑板的损毁机理。

Fracture and Tribological Evaluation of Dental Composite Resins Containing Pre-polymerized Particle Fillers

The fracture and tribological evaluation of dental composite resin containing pre-polymerized particle fillers were investigated. Composite resins, e.g. metafil, silux plus, heliomolar and palfique estelite were selected as specimens in order to evaluate the effects of pre-polymerized particle filler on the fracture and wear characteristics of composite resins. In the wear tests, a ball-on-flat wear test method was used. The friction coefficient of metafil was quite high. The wear resistance of silux plus and palfique estelite was better than that of metafil and heliomolar under the same experimental condition. The main wear mechanism of composite resins containing pre-polymerized particle fillers was an abrasive wear by brittle fracture of pre-polymerized particles and by debonding of fillers and matrix.

Sliding Wear Behavior of Plasma Sprayed Zirconia Coating on Cast Aluminum against Silicon Carbide Ceramic

The sliding wear behaviors of ZrO2-22 wt pct MgO (MZ) and ZrO2-8 wt pct Y2O3 (YZ) coatings deposited on a cast aluminum alloy with bond layer (NiCrCoAlY) by plasma spray were investigated under dry test conditions at room temperature. Under all load conditions, the wear mechanisms of the MZ and YZ coatings were almost the same. The material transfer and pullout were involved in the wear process of the studied coatings under the test conditions. The wear rate of the MZ coating was less than that of the YZ coating. While increasing the normal load, the wear rates of the MZ and YZ coatings increased. SEM was used to examine the worn surfaces and to elucidate likely wear mechanisms. Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) analysis of the worn surfaces indicated that material transfer occurred in the direction from the SiC ball to the disk. Fracture toughness had a significant influence on the wear performance of the coatings. It was suggested that the material transfer played an important role in the wear behavior.
