用循环伏安法、恒电位电解断电后的电极电位—时间曲线、电位阶跃法以及X射线衍射法,研究了Pr(Ⅲ)在NaCl—KCl—PrCl_3熔体中在Ni电极上还原的电极过程,首先生成PrNi_5,随后依次生成含Pr量较多的Pr—Ni金属间化合物,然后才析出金属Pr,测得PrNi_5在1023,1073和1123K的标准生成自由能分别为-123.6,-118.9和-114.4kJmol~(-1);Pr在PrNi_5相中的扩散系数为3×10~(-11)cm~2 s~(-1)(1073K)

The cyclic voltammetry,electrode potential-time curve after potentiostatic electrolysis, potential-step method and X-ray diffraction were used to study the electrode process of Pr(Ⅲ)reduced on Ni electrode in molten NaCl-KCl-PrCl_3.The PrNi_5 forms at first and then the intermetallic compounds of Pr-Ni containing more Pr form in sequence.The metallic Pr deposits at last.The standard free energies of formation for PrNi_5 determined are-123.6,-118.9 and-114.4 kJ mol~(-1) at 1023,1073 and 1123 K respectively.The diffusion coefficient of Pr into PrNi_5 phase determined is 3×10~(-11) cm~2 s~(-1) at 1073 K.
