Aligned Solidification Structure of the MnBi Phase in Semisolidified Bi-Mn Alloy with a Static Magnetic Field

The solidification structure of Bi-3 wt pct Mn alloy grown up in the semisolid zone under the influence of a static magnetic field (up to 1.0 T) and the relation of the magnetic property with the solidification structure have been investigated experimentally. It was shown that the primary phase MnBi crystals in the alloy aligned and oriented along the direction of the applied magnetic field. The orientating tendency and the average length of the elongated MnBi crystals increased with the increase of the applied field and the solidification time. Moreover, the remanence of the alloy along the aligned direction of the MnBi phase in the case of solidification with a magnetic field was apparently anisotropic and nearly double of that without the magnetic field. This indicated that the MnBi crystals oriented and aligned along their easy magnetization axis. A model was proposed to explain the alignment and orientation growth of the MnBi crystals in a magnetic field in terms of the magnetic anisotropy of the crystals and the magnetic interaction between them.

Optimal Control of Oxygen Concentration in a Magnetic Czochralski Crystal Growth by Response Surface Methodology

Concepts and techniques of response surface methodology have been widely applied in many branches of engineering, especially in the chemical and manufacturing areas. This paper presents an application of the methodology in a magnetic crystal Czochralski growth system for single crystal silicon to optimize the oxygen concentration at the crystal growth interface in a cusp magnetic field. The simulation demonstrates that the response surface methodology is a feasible algorithm for the optimization of the Czochralski crystal growth process.

Effect of a Magnetic Field on the Preparation of Silver Nanowires Using Solid Electrolyte Thin Films

The effect of an external magnetic field on the preparation of silver nanowires was studied. The silver nanowires were synthesized using solid electrolyte RbAg4I5 thin films by applying both a direct current (DC) electric field and a magnetic field. The RbAg4I5 thin films, which were prepared by deposition at room temperature and atmospheric pressure on a NaCl substrate, were used for the transfer of Ag+ ions between two Ag electrodes during the preparation process. When only the DC electric field is applied, the silver ions migrate toward the cathode. On the edge of the silver film at the cathode the Ag+ ions congregate to form aligned nanowires. If the magnetic field is also applied perpendicular to the DC electric field, the morphology of the nanowires can be controlled by rotating the sample in the magnetic field. Experimental results show that the growth of the silver nanowires is determined by the Ag+ ionic flux.

磁场对CsI非对称Gaussian受限势量子阱中强耦合极化子的影响

采用线性组合算符和幺正变换方法研究了磁场对非对称Gaussian受限势量子阱中强耦合极化子的振动频率、基态能量和基态结合能的影响.计算结果表明振动频率随磁场的回旋频率的增加而增大,基态能量的绝对值和基态结合能随回旋频率的增加而减少.振动频率是Gaussian受限势量子阱的范围的减函数,而基态能量的绝对值和基态结合能是其增函数.由此,我们得出磁场和Gaussian受限势量子阱的范围是研究非对称Gaussian受限势量子阱中磁极化子性质的重要因素.

有无外磁场下铁在H_2SO_4+K_2Cr_2O_7溶液中的电化学状态和阴极极化行为

在[H_2SO_4]为0.1~2mol/L,[K_2Cr_2O_7]为0.01~0.4mol/L的范围内,研究了Fe/H_2SO_4+K_2Cr_2O_7系统的电化学状态和阴极极化行为,讨论了[H_2SO_4]、[K_2Cr_2O_7]和[H_2SO_4]/[K_2Cr_2O_7]比值与Fe的电化学状态的关系。分析了所出现的五种类型阴极极化曲线和外磁场对阴极过程的影响。

强磁场对熔融织构GdBCO块材中Gd_2BaCuO_5颗粒的取向作用

在GdBCO超导块材的熔融织构生长过程中施加10T强磁场,通过SEM研究强磁场对Gd_2BaCuO_5(Gd211)颗粒的影响.研究发现棒状Gd211颗粒在强磁场的作用下发生了择优取向--Gd211颗粒的长边与磁场方向平行,延长样品处于熔融状态的时间,发现Gd211颗粒的取向性明显增加,通过分析熔融织构的相变过程,结合磁取向能的公式,讨论了取向性增加的原因,同时,探讨了Gd211颗粒的择优取向对样品的超导性能产生的影响.

有、无磁场下缓蚀剂对Fe/0.05mol· L~(-1)HCl极化行为的影响

研究指出,Fe/0.05mol·L~(-1)HCl体系中引入不同的缓蚀剂有可能产生不同的阴极过程和阳极过程。磁场一般不影响Fe的阳极溶解过程,但在成膜过程中会增大阳极电流密度。磁场也不影响阴极过程中O_2扩散,Sn~(2+)还原、Sn~(2+)扩散、镀Sn层上氢还原等反应,但会影响Fe上氢还原反应。动态分析了缓蚀剂和磁场同时存在下,阴极析氢过程中磁场效应与缓蚀剂效应的交互作用,给出此时覆盖度与磁场作用系数的关系式。

磁场和缓蚀剂对Fe/0.5mol·L~(-1)H_2SO_4等体系极化行为的影响

测定了Fe/H_2SO_4,Fe/H_2SO_4+Na_2SO_4,Fe/H_2SO_4+Fe_2(SO_4)_3和Fe/H_2SO_4+NaCI四种体系在磁场或/和缓蚀剂作用下的极化曲线,指出腐蚀的主要控制是阴极过程,H_2SO_4中加入少量Na_2SO_4不影响其结果,但加入Fe_2(SO_4)_3,NaCI会因Fe~(3+),CI~-的作用而影响结果。分析了磁场,缓蚀剂、CI~-和Fe~(3+)单一和联合对Fe/H_2SO_4阴极和阳极极化行为的影响,提出在磁场和缓蚀剂作用下上述四种体系阴极析氢总电流密度的表达式。
