采用微弧氧化表面处理技术在SiCw/AZ91镁基复合材料表面制备保护性涂层。通过与AZ91镁合金对比,研究镁基复合材料的微弧氧化行为及其形貌特征,并采用电化学方法评价了微弧氧化涂层的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,由于SiC晶须的加入影响了阻挡层的形成,使复合材料的微弧氧化行为不同于基体合金。与合金相比,复合材料在恒电流模式下进行微弧氧化的过程中电压随时间的演变趋势不够理想,而且在相同条件下镁基复合材料的起弧时间比合金要长,导致复合材料在火花放电之前发生腐蚀。SiCw/AZ91镁基复合材料在微弧氧化过程中可能会出现烧蚀现象。虽然SiC晶须会影响复合材料表面涂层的形成,微弧氧化处理仍然能够增强镁基复合材料的耐腐蚀性能,在提高其腐蚀电位的同时降低腐蚀电流。当采用恒压模式制备涂层时,涂层耐腐蚀性能随电压的提高而增强。

The influence of deformation temperature, strain rate and alloying elements such as chromium, nickel, copper, on corrosion resistance of a 304 stainless steel after plastic deformation was investigated. The techniques employed were tensile test at room and elevated temperature, deep drawing tests at various strain rates, X-ray diffraction test and potentiodynamic and cyclic polarization, metallography by optical and scanning electron microscopy. Results showed that chromium, nickel and copper had a significant effect on corrosion resistance of steel after plastic deformation. It was observed that corrosion resistance after plastic deformation was a function of deformation temperature and alloying elements.

用气体雾化法制备了Ni53Nb20Ti10Zr8Co6Cu3非晶合金粉末, 将粒度小于25 μm的非晶粉末用动力金属喷涂工艺制备了非晶涂层.研究表明, 非晶涂层厚度约500 μm, 涂层的空隙率随喷涂温度和沉积率的增加而减少. 涂层腐蚀性能的评价选用1 kmol/m3 HCl水溶液, 动电位极化曲线测量表明, 随着空隙率的减少,涂层呈现出与非晶合金相当的优良耐蚀性能.

The conversion coating was formed by dipping
AA6061 in a fluorotitanate/zirconate acid and amino trimethylene
phosphonic acid (ATMP) solution at room temperature. The formation
process and the anti-corrosion performance of the conversion coating
were investigated using electrochemical test and salt spray test
(SST), respectively. The electrochemical test shows that the Zr/Ti
and ATMP coating improves the corrosion resistance of AA6061 as good
as the chromate (VI) coating. But the results of SST show that the
corrosion resistance of Zr/Ti and ATMP coating is not as good as the
chromate (VI) coating. The corrosion area is less than 2% after
72h.

Nafion/polypyrrole and Nafion/Dimethysulfoxid (DMSO) organic coatings were prepared on the surface of pure magnesium by simple immersion and heat treatment. The morphologies and corrosion resistance of the organic coatings were investigated by using optical microscopy and electrochemical corrosion testing, respectively. It is shown that Nafion/polypyrrole organic coatings resulted in the corrosion resistance of magnesium decreasing; while Nafion/DMSO organic coatings can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium. Also, the corrosion resistance increased with the thickness of the Nafion/DMSO organic coating increased.

The amino-tri-(methylenephosphonic acid) layers were adsorbed on the surface of AA6061 aluminum alloy for improving the lacquer adhesion and corrosion inhibition as a substitute for chromate coatings. The surface structure and characteristic of the amino-tri-(methylenephosphonic acid) layers on AA6061 aluminum alloy were investigated by means of XPS and ATR-FTIR analysis. The analyzed results showed that the amino-tri-(methylenephosphonic acid) adsorption layers adsorb on the surface of aluminium alloy $via$ acid-base interaction in a bi-dentate conformation. After the amino-tri-(methylenephosphonic acid) layers were coated with epoxy resin, the layers showed good adhesive strength and favorable corrosion resistance in contrast to
chromate coatings.

A mechanically assisted electroless barrel-plating Ni-P was carried out in a rolling drum containing Mg alloy specimens and ceramic balls, which was submerged in a bath containing electroless plating solution. It is demonstrated that the Ni-P coatings deposited by this novel technique have a crystallized Ni-P solid solution structure, showing fine-grains, higher hardness, and higher corrosion resistance compared with the conventional electroless plated amorphous Ni-P coatings. After heat treatment at 400℃ for 1 h, the structure of such Ni-P coatings were transformed to a structure with Ni-Ni3P double phases, and cracks in these coatings could not be observed, whereas cracks appeared seriously in the conventional electroless plated Ni-P coating after same heat treatment. Therefore, both hardness and corrosion resistance of these Ni-P coatings can be improved further by heat treatment. All of these beneficial effects can be attributed to the role of mechanical attrition during the mechanically assisted electroless barrel-plating process.
