The adherent thermal layering was undertaken by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method using saturated solution of boric acid in ultra pure CH3OH. The influence of temperature was studied by varying temperature from 100 to 600℃ during the process of boron deposition. The most optimum temperature was found to be 200℃. The effect of time span was observed from 6 to 120 h. The generation of micro or nano-scale thickness could be achieved by reducing time span of the experiment. The behavior of CVD was characterized by using scanning electron microscope, absorbance spectrohotometer and atomic emission spectrograph.

The behaviour of baron segregation at grain boundaries in Fe-3% Si has been studied by means of particle tracking autoradiography(PTA).The results indicate that the tendency of equilibrium segregation of B at grain boundaries in Fe-3% Si is higher than that in austenitic alloys.No observable nonequilibrium segregation of B at grain boundaries was revealed in Fe-3% Si alloy during cooling and isothermal holding.The binding energy between boron at- oms and grain boundaries is 55.7±1.7 kJ/mol.Based on the complex mechanism of B segre- gation of quenching-induce-nonequilibrium segregation,different behaviours of B segrega- tion in γ-Fe and bcc Fe-3% Si alloy were discussed.

以介孔氧化硅(SBA-15)为载体,采用超声辅助(NH4)2RuCl6浸渍和BH4-还原法制备了负载型Ru-B催化剂,并通过X射线衍射、X光电子能谱、差示扫描量热法和透射电子显微等技术表征了该催化剂.结果表明,所制得的Ru-B-X/SBA-15催化剂具有非晶态合金结构,且Ru-B颗粒高分散在SBA-15的孔道中.在液相麦芽糖加氢反应中,与采用RuCl3为金属源制得的Ru-B-C/SBA-15相比,Ru-B-X/SBA-15催化剂具有更高的活性,是非负载型Ru-B-C催化剂的7倍以上,且能重复套用11次而未发生显著的失活.

以四丙基溴化铵为模板剂,硅溶胶为硅源,正丁胺为碱源,采用水热合成的方法,将三价离子(Al3+,B3+或Fe3+)和Ti4+同时引入到MFI型分子筛的骨架,得到同时具有氧化和酸催化活性的双功能钛硅分子筛M-TS-1 (M=Al,B或Fe).通过X射线粉末衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱、紫外-可见漫反射光谱、氨程序升温脱附、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱和N2吸附-脱附等温线手段对样品进行了表征.结果表明,三价离子的引入,提高了TS-1的酸强度和酸量.采用乙烯选择氧化为探针反应考察了M-TS-1的催化性能.结果表明,Al-TS-1和B-TS-1在乙烯环氧化及后续的开环溶剂解反应中表现出较高的催化性能,H2O2的转化率在95%以上,H,O,的利用率大于90%,乙二醇和乙二醇单甲醚的总收率可达10%以上.

采用化学还原法制备了苯选择加氢制环己烯催化剂Ru-B/ZrO2,考察了Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu和Zn等过渡金属的添加对Ru-B/ZrO2催化剂性能的影响.结果表明,这些过渡金属的添加均可提高Ru-B/ZrO2催化剂中的B含量.B的修饰及第二种金属或金属氧化物的集团效应和配位效应导致Ru-B/ZrO2催化剂活性降低和环己烯选择性升高.当Co/Ru原子比为0.06时,Ru-Co-B/ZrO2催化剂上反应25 min苯转化率为75.8%时,环己烯选择性和收率分别为82.8%和62.8%.在双釜串联连续反应器中和优化反应条件下,Ru-Co-B/ZrO2催化剂使用419h内苯转化率稳定在40%左右,环己烯选择性和收率分别稳定在73%和30%左右.

以甲烷和三氯化硼的混合气为反应气体,采用化学气相沉积法制备硼掺杂玻璃炭材料.利用X射线衍射仪、拉曼光谱仪、扫描和透射电子显微电镜对沉积产物的微观结构进行表征.结果表明,沉积产物是一种玻璃炭材料,但在其基体中均匀分布着约20 nm的碳化硼颗粒.由于硼元素强烈的催化石墨化作用,硼掺杂玻璃炭表现出完全不同于传统玻璃炭材料的石墨化行为.硼掺杂玻璃炭经高温热处理后,其结构发生剧烈变化而转变为片层炭结构,其转变过程可能遵循“固溶-析出”机制.
