高分子材料科学与工程
采用一元胺为扩链剂和逐步减少扩链剂用量的方法合成了一系列聚氨酯样品,发现随着扩链剂用量的减少,断裂伸长率和拉伸强度都有显著的增加,当聚四氢呋喃二元醇分子量是1684,正戊胺是理论量的一半时,断裂伸长率和拉伸强度分别达到1990%和104 N/cm2,这是用传统的合成方法所达不到的[1~3].小角激光光散射的结果显示本文合成的样品为亚微观无定形结构.

合成了除Pm以外的16个稀土与二(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)膦酸(HBTMPP)的固体配合物,其组成为RE(BTMPP)_3,对配合物的性质进行了表征,热分析表明,在氩气中,热分解是一步完成的,在空气中,热分解分二步完成,前者的热分解产物是RE_4 (P_2O_7)_3,后者的产物为RE_2P_4O_(13)测定了配合物的振动光谱,对其主要吸收谱带进行了归属,配合物中RE-O键具有较高的离子特性

以双端羟丙基聚硅氧烷与α-氯代异丁基酰氯反应得到多官能团大分子引发剂Cl-PDMS-Cl,以CuCl为催化剂、N-(2-吡啶亚甲基)-1-丙胺(PMPA)和2,2′-联吡啶(BPY)为催化剂配体,通过原子转移自由基聚合反应(AT-RP)合成了聚甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯-聚硅氧烷-聚甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯(PHFBMA-b-PDMS-b-PHFBMA).通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(IR)、核磁(NMR)对三嵌段聚合物的结构行了表征.以水/油接触角为主要指标,考察了聚合物中氟硅含量、溶剂及成膜温度对聚合物涂膜表面性能的影响,结果表明:以醋酸仲丁酯为溶剂,结构为HFBMA10-DMS88 HFBMA10的三嵌段聚合物在100℃成膜,涂膜水、油接触角可达135.50°和123.33°,涂膜性能优良.

Solvent extraction of trivalent lanthanides (except for Pm with Cyanex 302 [Bis (2,4,4-trimethylpentyl)monothiophosphinic acid] in heptane was studied at various aqueous pH values, extractant concentrations and different temperatures. Cyanex 302 shows pretty good behaviours on the extraction of lanthanides, especially when extracting heavy lanthanides. However,purified Cyanex 302 exhibits signi ficantly lower extractability to lanthanides than raw extractant. The roles ofdifferent components ofraw Cyanex 302 were discussed to understand the reason of good extractability of the raw extractant. The lanthanides extraction stoichiometry is discussed on the basis ofexperimental results, which can be expressed as follows:

The based membrane extraction of Th(IV) and Yb(III) was studied with HBTMPP in heptane. The separation process of Th(IV) and Yb(HI) was proposed to be a kinetics competition one. The separation of mixture Th(IV) and Yb(III) was carried out by two successive extraction and stripping simultaneously. The concentration ratio of Th(IV) and Yb(III) is 16.74 in the stripping solution. The recovery of Th(IV) is 71.6%. The purity of Th(IV) is 95.74%. The separation factor of Th(IV) and yb(III)is 2.52× 106, which was obtained by interfacial kinetics.

以哌嗪(PQ)和马来酸酐(MAH)为原料,在较温和的条件下制备了一种新型哌嗪衍生物-4,4’-(1,4-哌嗪基)-2-(4-羰基-2-丁烯酸),简称为PBBA。采用倒置相差显微镜、傅里叶红外吸收光谱(FT-IR)、高效液相色谱质谱联用仪(HPLC-EMS)、高精度原子力扫描电镜(AFM-IPC)等对其性能和结构进行了表征。结果表明PBBA晶体具有特异的光学性能和对称的分子结构。
