材料研究学报
采用熔融玻璃净化和循环过热相结合的方法, 研究了Fe--Co合金在深过冷快速凝固中的亚稳相。结果表明, 当熔体的过冷度达到某一临界数值(?Tcrit)时, 亚稳相(b.c.c)在竞争形核中优先形核生长, 并在随后的冷却过程中保留在凝固组织中。在γ单相区内等温退火3 h后, 亚稳相完全转变为稳定相;在过冷Fe--Co合金的凝固组织中亚稳相是“竞争形核--重熔--γ相外延生长--不完全固态相变”的产物。

采用单辊快淬法制备(Fe1-xCox)80Zr10B10(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3)非晶合金,并对4种合金在不同温度下进行等温热处理.利用差热分析仪(DTA),X射线衍射仪(XRD),透射电镜(TEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)等测试手段对样品的热性能、微观结构及磁性能进行研究.结果表明,未添加Co元素的Fe80Zr10B10合金的热稳定性明显高于添加Co元素的合金,而(Fe1-xCox)80Zr10B10(x=0.1,0.2,0.3)合金的热稳定性相差不大.Fe80Zr10B10和Fe72Co8Zr10B10合金的晶化过程相似;Fe64Co16Zr10B10和Fe56Co24Zr10B10合金的晶化过程相似.4种合金的矫顽力(Hc)呈现先上升后下降的趋势,在873 K达到最大值.

The splat foils of Al-Sm alloys with 0.04-0.06mm in thickness were made by hammeranvil technique. The estimated cooling rute was 106K/ order of magnitude. The extended solid solubility of Sm in α-Al reached 0.5at. % Sm. The intermediate phase in the rapidlysolidified Al-Sm alloys is Al11Sm3 phase, which is stable only at temperatures above 1339K in equilibrium state and retained to ambient temperature as a metastable phase, whereas the equlibrium intermediate phase, Al3Sm, was restricted to occur.
