在纯氟化物电解质体系下, 以原Al为阳极, 利用杂质与Al析出电位的差别,采用水平电解槽进行了Al的电解精炼提纯研究. 结果表明: 水平电解槽导致的电流密度分布不均没有对精炼过程造成不利影响, 电解过程槽电压平稳;预电解对电解质净化效果明显, 预电解后电解质中Cu, Si和P的含量分别降低到3.2×10-6, 14×10-6和1.5×10-6. 与三层液精炼Al相比,水平精炼阴极Al是沉底的, 受上层电解质保护从而减少了烧损, 电流效率最高达98.6%.最后得到的精炼Al与原Al相比, Fe, Si, Zn和Cu等杂质的含量明显降低,特别是Cu含量由14.5×10-6减少到0.9×10-6,精Al纯度达到99.99%.

Multiple regression equations of liquidus temperature, electrical conductivity and bath density of the Na_3AlF_6-AlF_3-BaC1_2-NaCl system were obtained from experiments by using orthogonal regression method. The experiments were carried out in 100A cell with low melting point electrolyte, the influences of cathodic current density, electrolytic temperature, density differences of bath and liquid aluminum on current efficiency (CE) were studied; when the electrolyte cryolite ratio was 2.5, w(BaC1_2) and w(NaCl) were 48% and 10%, respectively, CE reached 90% and specific energy consumption was 10.97k Wb/kg/kg. Because of the fact that aluminum metal obtained floated on the surface of molten electrolyte, this electrolysis method was then defined as low temperature aluminum floating electrolysis. The results showed that the new low temperature aluminum electrolysis process in the Na_3AlF_6-AlF_3-BaC1_2-NaCl bath system was practical and promising.

改变Al-Zn-In-Cd合金牺牲阳极杂质铁的含量,在20℃天然海水中研究其电化学性能.采用4d加速试验法测定了开路电位、闭路电位和电化学容量及电流效率,并采用循环伏安法研究了牺牲阳极的极化性能.结果表明,铁含量的变化对Al-Zn-In-Cd牺牲阳极开路电位以及闭路电位影响较小,而对牺牲阳极电流效率的影响较为显著.随着铁元素含量的增加,电流效率呈现下降趋势,但是在0.15%范围内仍可达到国标的要求,电流效率大于85%,且溶解形貌良好.循环伏安曲线表明,Al-Zn-In-Cd牺牲阳极极化性能良好.

在MgCl2-LaCl3-KCl熔盐体系中,系统研究了恒电位电解过程中,电解质组成对平均电解电流、电解效率和合金成分的影响.用XRD、SEM和EDS对Mg-La合金样品进行了表征.随着初始电解质中LaCl3浓度的增加,平均电解电流逐渐降低.这是由于与MgCl2相比,LaCl3较低的电导率引起的.当LaCl3在初始电解质中的浓度为15%~20%(质量分数)时,电流效率超过90%.合金组成可通过改变电解质组成来调节.

研究了烟酸体系镀银高择优取向镀层制备工艺条件与沉积速率和电流效率的关系.通过XRD测试镀层结晶的择优取向、结晶度、晶粒尺寸,称量法测试电流效率和沉积速率,随着AgNO3浓度的提高晶粒尺寸不断增大,在(111)晶面择优取向先减小后增大,电流效率和沉积速率不断增大.随着导电盐K2CO3浓度的提高,晶粒尺寸不断增大,但是当K2CO3浓度达到95 g/L时,晶粒尺寸增大趋势减小,在(111)晶面的择优取向先减小后增大;电流效率和沉积速率先增大,在K2CO3浓度达到95g/L时开始减小.
