The activity of FetO is very important in ironmaking and steelmaking process. In order to predict the activity of FetO and optimize the operation conditions in ironmaking and steelmaking process, by application of regular solution model in molten slag systems, FeO-Fe2O3-SiO2 ternary system, FeO-Fe2O3-SiO2-CaO and FeO-Fe2O3-SiO2-NiO quaternary systems have been studied by the chemical equilibrium between H2/H2O gas mixture and liquid slag contained in solid iron. The values of interaction energy between cations concerning steelmaking slags have been determined by application of ferric-ferrous iron equilibrium and iron-ferric iron equilibrium. And then the activity of FetO can be calculated. The results show that the relative error is 39% in FeO-Fe2O3-SiO2 system and 18% in FeO-Fe2O3-SiO2-CaO system. The prediction of activities of FetO in the systems are in good agreement with the measurements and the regular solution model is valid for predicting the activity of FetO in complex molten slags systems. The activity of FetO in FeO-Fe2O3-NiO system have not been tested presently, and the calculated result can not be assessed.

制得多晶La_(0.95)Ca_(0.05)F_(2.95)固体电解质管,以纯La作为参比电极,组成La传感器电池形式为:Mo|La(1)of(s)|La_(0.95)Ca_(0.05)F_(2.95)|[La]Fe|Mo金属陶瓷。于1573K测定了碳饱和铁液中不同La浓度下熔解态La的活度,与同时用氧传感器测得的氧的变化规律相符合追踪测定了1623K碳饱和铁液凝固过程中溶解态La活度随温度的变化,结果呈现规律性La传感探头在降温和升温过程中可连续使用。

以固相合成法直接合成BaCe_(0.95)Y_(0.05)O_(3-α),用阻抗谱技术测得其电导率在450-1000℃为10~(-3)-10~(-2)S·cm~(-1),电导激活能为Ea=0.49ev(空气气氛下).用差热分析法检证了该材料的热稳定性.制得BaCe_(0.05)Y_(0.05)O_(3-α)固体电解质管,以金属氢化物为参比电极,Mo丝为电极引线组装氢传感器,研究其对熔融铝合金中氢活度的传感特性.实验发现,定氢探头响应很灵敏,电动势能持续稳定2min以上,实验条件下多次使用未见有开裂或渗漏现象,固体电解质管也不与铝合金溶液发生作用.

本文在自行研制的测定蒸气压装置上,测定了9个不同成分的Sn-Sb合金在923,1023,1123K时Sb的活度.据此回归得到了Sn-Sb合金在923-1123K内ln_(γSb)、和X_(Sb)关系的经验式,并根据Gibbs-Duhem方程获得了ln_(γSn)和X_(Sb)的关系式.结果表明:在923-1123K内Sn-Sb合金在整个浓度范围内较为接近规则溶液,同时仍为对理想溶液具有较大负偏差的实际溶液.

本文借助X射线荧光光谱仪、X射线衍射分析、扫描电子显微镜、易磨性和力学性能测试等分析手段对从西安市两个不同城区拆迁工地所取废砖,废混凝土的化学组成、矿物组成、易磨性和活性等基本性质做了系统分析研究.结果表明:(1)从不同城区所取建筑垃圾的化学组成和矿物组成差异较大,要实现建筑垃圾的有效利用需做好原料的均化;(2)较之水泥熟料,废砖和废混凝土的易磨性较好,但废砖比废混凝土要更易磨.300 ~400℃的低温热处理可进一步改善废混凝土的易磨性;(3)废砖粉中所含的SiO2和Al2 O3具有一定的活性.在大掺量下(30%),掺入废砖粉的试样抗压强度比掺入相同掺量废混凝土粉试样的强度降低要少.

在Pidgeon法金属镁还原炉上试验了真空煅烧低碳活性石灰的工艺参数,结果表明:在炉膛温度1200℃,罐内压力3000 Pa,煅烧周期约为10 h.采用常压加热、真空煅烧分解与空气自然冷却的工艺制度时,在Pidgeon法金属镁还原炉上煅烧得到的低碳活性石灰,其3 min的活性度和5 min的活性度分别达375 mL和425 mL,晶粒大小在0.15 μm左右,球形度好,烧结程度很小,BET表面积高达45 m2·g-1,的修改,各项性能都优于气烧竖窑石灰和回转窑石灰,完全满足真空精炼冷轧无取向硅钢的技术要求.

2011年,贵州瓮福集团有限责任公司与西安建筑科技大学合作,采用高固气比悬浮态煅烧-快速冷却技术对碳酸钙渣进行再利用研究,并建成配套生产线.现对生产线工艺流程及焙烧系统等进行简单介绍,并就实际生产参数监测结果,对系统工况进行分析.结果表明,本工业线中原料预热和产品冷却效果良好;系统单位产品的为4402 kJ/kg,与其它方法相比能耗较低;同时可获得高活性的石灰产品,其CaCO3分解率在97.7%以上,有效CaO的质量分数为59%.

In accordance with the coexistence theory of slag structure and slag phase diagrams,the thermodynamic calculation models of MnO-TiO2 and FeO-Fe2 O3-TiO2 slag melts have been deduced. It is shown from the calculated results that, (1) the calculated mass action concentmtions NMno are in good agreement with the measured activities aMnO for MnO-TiO2 slag melt, and (2) the calculated oxidising capabilitg values NFetO are consistent with the obserred results aFeto for FeO-Fe2O3-TiO2 slag melt.Furthermore, the changes of mass action concentrations NFeO with the compositionsof MnO-FeO-TiO2 ternary slag system are estimated based on the thermodynamic data of binary slags.
