Properties and Structural Optimization of Pulverized Coal for Blast Furnace Injection

The properties of mixed coals were studied on the basis of known various properties of the injecting coals in the treatise. The structure of the injecting coals was optimized and put into practical application. It was found that the ignition point was lowered with mixed coals, however, both combustibility and grindability were improved, and explosibility of the mixed coals were decreased as well. Hence, mixed coals injection not only can improve the amount of the injecting coals greatly, but also improve the economical and technical indexes of the blast furnace.

Microstructure and Properties of Mo Microalloyed Cold Rolled DP1000 Steels

Two kinds of ultrahigh strength cold rolled dual phase steels have been developed by designing CSiMnCr and CSiMnCrMo alloy systems. Tensile strength and elongation of both steels exceed 1100 MPa and 10%, respectively. The microstructures of both steels consist of massive martensite and ferrite. And the massive martensite of Mofree steel disperses in the ferrite with volume fraction of 64%. However, the massive martensite of Mocontaining steel is connected or closed by small martensite islands each other, and martensite volume fraction is 69%. As to Mofree steel, the yield strength, yield ratio, and work hardening exponent n are 548 MPa, 049, and 026, respectively. As for Mocontaining one, the yield strength, yield ratio, and n value are 746 MPa, 066, and 033, respectively. Besides, the ferrite of Mofree steel is deformed at the initial stage of plastic deformation. However, for Mocontaining one, Mo solution strengthened ferrite and small overaged martensite islands are deformed preferentially at small strain, which causes the yield strength to reach approximately 200 MPa higher than that of Mofree steel.

Effect of Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Property of Cr13 Super Martensitic Stainless Steel

The microstructures and mechanical properties of Cr13 super martensitic stainless steel after different heat treatments were studied. The results show that the structures of the steel after quenching are of lath martensite mixed with a small amount of retained austenite. With the raising quenching temperature, the original austenite grain size increases and the lath martensite gradually becomes thicker. The structures of the tempered steel are mixtures of tempered martensite and reversed austenite dispersed in the martensite matrix. The amount of reversed austenite is from 754% to 2249%. After different heat treatments, the tensile strength, the elongation and the HRC hardness of the steel are in the range of 813-1070 MPa, 101%-212% and 2133-3237, respectively. The steel displays the best comprehensive mechanical properties after the sample is quenched at 1050 ℃ followed by tempering at 650 ℃.

SWRH82B高碳热轧盘条性能时效规律与原因分析

对大规格SWRH82B高碳钢盘条自然时效后的力学性能变化规律进行了较为系统的研究;借助OM、SEM、EDS和XRD等对其显微组织、夹杂物成分与分布、宏观与微观断口形貌、物相结构和残余应力等进行测试与分析。结果表明,82B盘条的断面收缩率随时效时间延长明显升高。满足盘条力学性能所需的时效时间与初始性能和环境温度有关;盘条中的夹杂物分布不均,且存在尺寸较大的复合脆性夹杂物,导致出现“黑心+白点”特征的断口形貌;时效后残余应力的释放和晶格畸变的减小是引起盘条断面收缩率提高的主要原因。

半无头轧制薄规格带钢的组织性能与板形

介绍了半无头轧制飞剪的工作状态分析与控制、半无头轧制与辊缝润滑的联合应用等关键设备与技术分析,以及半无头轧制对薄规格及超薄规格产品组织性能和板带出口厚度偏差、板凸度及楔形度等板形质量的影响。结果表明:半无头轧制超长带钢的组织性能具有高的均匀性和稳定性,在保证超长带钢板厚精度和板形质量以及扩大薄带钢规格范围方面,半无头轧制比常规短坯轧制具有明显的优势。同时指出,半无头轧制薄规格产品在“以热代冷”方面应用广泛。

10.9级紧固件用非调质钢试制

为开发高强度紧固件用非调质钢,在高速线材轧机上进行了试验轧制,并对试制产品的组织性能进行了检测。结果表明,在给定工艺条件下钢的组织基本上为粒状贝氏体组织,抗拉强度为897.5MPa,伸长率为21.8%。热轧材拉拔减面后达到或超过10.9级紧固件的力学性能要求。当拉拔量为25.0%时,可承受59.3%的压缩变形不开裂。
