A STUDY OF B-P UNIFIED VISCOPLASTIC CONSTITUTIVE MODEL

By combining the Bodner-Partom constitutive model and equivalent stress function,finite element methods and program on analyzing non-elastic deformation and stressfor thermal viscoplastic material are studied in this paper, and it's the first timethat this material model is used in a kind of engineering software-MARC. Thermalviscoplastic behavior of high temperature alloy GH536 specimen with gap is analyzedby this program. The research results show it is feasible to analyze thermal viscoplasticbehavior of specimen or structure by applying B-P model.

HIGH-TEMPERATURE LOW CYCLE FATIGUE BEHAVIOR OFNICKEL BASE SUPERALLOY GH536

Low cycle fatigue tests on nickel base superalloy GH536 were performed at 600. 700and 800°C. The strain-life and cyclic stress-strain relationship were given at various temperatures. The change in fatigue life behavior and fatigue parameters with temperature increasing was discussed. At low and intermediate total strain amplitudes,the fatigue life was found to decrease with increasing temperature.
