Phase equilibrium in the ternary CuO-PbO-Ag system has been investigated using differential thermal analysis(DTA),thermogravimetry(TG),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) techniques.In the ternary CuO-PbO-Ag system,there is a eutectic reaction CuO+PbO+Ag=L at 750℃ and a composition of 12.04 mol.% Ag,16.35 mol.% CuO and 71.61 mol.% PbO.Two miscibility gaps near the two binary tie lines PbO-Ag and CuO-Ag were detected. No binary or ternary compound was detected in the ternary system.SEM and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) confirm the presence of two liquid phases and the eutectic point.

The effect of subzero treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properites of Y_2O_3- ZrO_2 ceramic have been investigated by TEM,X-ray diffraction and test of mechanical properties.It was shown that the microstructre of 3Y-PSZ after subzero treatment by liquid nitrogen exhibits very long and parallel laths of m-phase and some microcracks around the larger and finer lath of m-phase may be discovered.Suitable subzero treatment can improve the strength and toughness of Y-PSZ efficiently because of decreasing the stability of t-phase and incresing the amount of t-m transformation when exerting a stress.However,when the time of subzero treatment exceeds,the over aging effect may arise.which can decrease the strength and toughness of the material.

利用动电位极化曲线和交流阻抗谱等电化学测量技术,研究了Q235钢表面原位生长的γ-FeOOH膜在0.25 mol/L Na2SO4+10-4mol/L NaCl、0.25 mot/L Na2SO4+10-3mol/L NaCl、0.25 mol/L Na2SO4+103mol/L NaCl水溶液中的电化学行为及在小同浓度的Cl-水溶液中.γ-FeOOH膜埘Q235钢的保护作用.结果表明,Cl-含量较低时,γ-FeOOH膜的存在明显地促进了Q235钢的阴极反应,该膜对基材无保护作用;随Cl-浓度的增加,阴极电流密度大幅减小,当Cl-浓度达到10-2mol/L时,γ-FeOOH膜能在一定程度上抑制基材的腐蚀,此时γ-FeOOH膜表现出对基材有保护作用.

利用动电位极化曲线和交流阻抗谱等电化学测量技术研究了Q235钢表面原位生长的α-FeOOH膜在0.25mol/L Na2SO4+10-4moL/L NaCl、0.25 mol/L Na2SO4+10-3mol/L NaCl、0.25 mol/L Na2SO4+10-2moVL NaCl水溶液中的电化学性能.在不同浓度的Cl-溶液中α-FeOOH膜对侵蚀性离子的作用机制.结果表明,Q235钢表面原位生长的α-FeOOH膜在10-4mol/L到10-2mol/LCl-浓度范围内,对基材均无保护作用;但当Cl-含量为10-2mol/L时,α-FeOOH膜的膜电阻及转移电阻皆比低氯离子浓度的要大,此时α-FeOOH膜表现出一定的抗腐蚀能力.
