DYNAMIC MECHANICAL BEHAVIOURS OF HIGH Mo AUSTENITIC STAINLESS STEEL DURING HOT DEFORMATION

The dynamic mechanical behaviours of super low carbon high Mo austenitic stainless steel (00Cr20Nil8Mo6CuN)during hot deformation have been studied by using Formaster-Press hot working simulator. The hot deformation equation, as well as the relationship between peak strain, peak stress and Zener-Hollman parameter, together with the deformation activation energy have been resulted through the experiments.

Under 5 keV Ar ion bombardment of a 92Mo-100Mo target, we have investigated isotopic angular effects by means of the static and the dynamic Monte Carlo programs. Our calculated results are in quantitative agreement with the measured and other calculated results. The conclusion consistences among theories. simulations and measurements are also discussed.

The mean sputter depth depends on the surface composition gradient during ion implantation.For the high fluence ion implantation into a Pt-Cu alloy, the surface composition gradient of Cu is so large that the difference in mean sputter depth between Pt and Cu, is significant. However, for the high fluence ion implantation into 10B-11B isotope mixture, the surface composition gradient of 10B is so small that the difference in mean sputter depth between 10B and 11B is insignificant.

A large size CH3SiO3/2-SiO2 self sustained film with the thickness ranging from 50 to 1000 μm was prepared through sol-gel method by adopting CH3Si(OC2H5)3 and Si(OC2H5) as precursors.In this paper, the preparation processes of this thick film are discussed in detail and XRD technique was adopted for the identification of oligomer solution. Also, IR and AFM techniques were used to investigate the film structure and surface morphology
