Advanced TEMand SEMexperimenteinstrumentshave been used to analysethe Φ4 5 m m , 67 CrVAspringsteel wire, which hasbeen patented underthe processof920℃×3 15 min + (500 ~600)℃×2 min. The mechanics properties’fluctuation and corresponding mi crostructure featuresof which havebeenstudied.
