The structure and magnetic properties of a ternary intermetallic compound Gd3Fe28Re stabilized by Re in the sixth period has been investigated by means of XRD analysis and magnetic measurement. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic Nd-3(Fe,Ti)(29)-type structure with space group A2/m. The lattice parameters are a = 10.5778(1) Angstrom, b = 8.5317(1) Angstrom, c = 9.6945(2) Angstrom, and beta = 96.85(1)degrees. The preferential occupancy of Re over the 4g, 4i(3) and 4i(4) crystallographic sites were determined successfully by Rietveld refinement of XRD data, which is basically attributed to the effect of size. The compound exhibits planar magnetocrystalline anisotropy perpendicular to the [204] direction. The Curie temperature T-C, the saturation moment M-S and the magnetocrystalline anisotropy field H-A are derived to be 467 K, 35.1 mug f.u.(-1) and 69.4 kOe, respectively.

测量了27, 28P和相应同中子异位素在28Si靶上的中能反应截面. 测得N=12和13同中子异位素的反应截面在Z=15处突然增大. 对Z≤14同中子异位素和28P的实验数据结果可以用改进的光学极限近似的Glauber理论很好地描述. 28P的反应截面能够用扩大核芯以改进的Glauber理论来解释. 但是, 用改进光学极限和少体近似的Glauber理论却低估了27P的实验数据. 理论分析表明, 扩大的核芯加质子晕可能是响应27P+28Si反应截面增强的机制.

Arc tracks on the surface of coarse crystalline, amorphous, and nanocrystalline Cu60Zr28Ti12 cathodes were investigated. On the surface of coarse crystalline Cu60Zr28Ti12, cathode spots were restricted to a small zone, while on the surface of amorphous and nanocrystalline Cu60Zr28Ti12 cathodes, the spots spread over a wide area, of about 15 x 2.4 mm(2) and more. The arc tracks on the amorphous ribbons had a worm-like form, which is attributed to continuous cathode spot motion. The arc track on nanocrystalline Cu60Zr28Ti12 alloys, crystallized from the amorphous alloy, consisted of densely distributed similar to 3 mum craters. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

采用固相法合成Ca9Co12O28和Ca8.1Gd0.9Co12O28前驱粉体,利用290MPa冷等静压成型,然后无压烧结成瓷.并对它们的热电性能进行了研究.实验结果表明:Ca81Gd0.9Co12O28热电性能优于Ca9Co12O28,两者都属于P型半导体热电材料;由于两者的致密度不高,造成电导率偏低,导致最终热电评价指标ZT值较低.

研究了NiAl-28Cr-5Mo--1Hf合金在1000--1200℃空气中的氧化行为X射线结构分析表明,氧化膜主要由α-Al2O3构成,并含有Cr2O3和少量HfO2.采用扫描电镜和能谱分析研究了氧化产物的微观组织及成分,并从合金相组成探讨了NiAl-28Cr-5Mo--1Hf合金的氧化机制.
