The variation of the dielectric constant e' and the dielectric loss e" of polyesteramide, alkyd polyesteramide and alkyd varnish dry films were measured within the frequency range from 105 to 107 Hz and the temperature range from 20 to 50℃. The varnish films were subjected to accelerated ageing by heating at 110℃ for diferent durations. The efect of the accelerated ageing on e' and e" were measured. The activation energy and the entropy change of dielectric relaxation for the dry films before and after ageing were also calculated. All the results obtained were recorded and discussed in correlation with the molecular structure of the investigated varnishes.

The dielectric constant, the dielectric loss and the power factor of three types of resins namely polyesteramide, alkyd polyesteramide and alkyd resins were measured with in the frequency range of 105 to 107 Hz and the temperature range of 20 to 50℃. The activation energy of dielectric relaxation and the entropy changes were also calculated using the usual rate equation. The results obtained are recorded and discussed.

针对野外恶劣使用环境,设计了一种环境适应性强的显示控制系统.该系统采用基于DSP和S1D13305控制EL显示屏的设计方案,从软硬件两方面阐述了DSP和显示控制芯片之间的接口电路和设计方法,解决了显示控制芯片内部字库内容单一的问题,并给出了系统设置和显示控制芯片初始化程序,开发了显示驱动模块.经过实战考核和应用,该显示系统在野外恶劣环境中工作稳定,显示效果良好.该显示系统达到了预期效果.

Si-rich SiO2 films were deposited on p-Si substrates using the magnetron sputtering technique and then implanted by Si, Ge or Ar ions. Electroluminescence (EL) was observed from the semitransparent Au film/ion-implanted Si-rich SiO2/p-Si diodes with the ion-implanted Si-rich SiO2/p-Si annealed at 1050 degreesC. In comparison with the A u/non-implanted Si-rich SiO2/p-Si diode, whose EL spectrum has a main peak at 1.8 eV and a shoulder at 2.4 eV, the Au/Si-implanted Si-rich SiO2/p-Si diode has an EL spectrum with the 1.8 and 2.4 eV peaks enhanced in intensity by factors of 2 and 8, respectively. Both EL spectra of Au/Ge-implanted Si-rich SiO2/p-Si diode Au/Ar-implanted Si-rich SiO2/p-Si diode have new strong peaks at 2.2 eV. The mechanisms for EL intensity enhancement and appearance of new EL peaks caused by ion-implantation are discussed. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.

Quantitative analysis of populations having a geometric structure,which has developed into a special scientific subject called microstructology or stereology,is of great importance to the characterization and evaluation of microstructures and their evolution in various processes.This paper, besides a brief discussion on those topics such as the recent developments of computer assisted image analysis,mathematical morphology,and fractal analysis,will mainly focus on the scope,fundamen- tals,present status,and perspectives of classical stereology.Several case examples of its application to materials science will also be given.

通过比较有机EL与无机EL、LCD在平板显示应用方面的差异,展示了OELD的美好应用前景.由于无机薄膜EL缺乏高亮度蓝基色成分以及驱动电压是100V左右的交流,难于制成低压彩色超薄显示器;无机分散型EL屏采用的是十几微米厚的粉末材料,也难于制成高分辨率超薄显示器,因此它们都无法与OELD相比.OELD显示器体积可以是LCD的1/2,功耗也大大低于LCD,所以OELD将有望取代LCD.评述了当前OELD的最新发展趋势:采用荧光染料掺杂式的模糊界面结构的电致荧光器件和采用荧光染料掺杂式的电致磷光器件是当前OELD发展的主要潮流.文中还评述了采用低折射率材料提高外量子效率的情况.
