The microstructures of the grain boundary phases in Fe-Ni-Co-Nb-Ti superalloy have been studied by high resolution electron microscopy (HREM).Besides the Laves phase,three other grain boundary phases have been found and analyzed. The ε phase particles are needle-like with some stacking faults along the(0001) direction. The dominant phase at the grain boundaries is the orthorhombic phase that is also rod-like. High reselution image also confirms the existence of the triclinic phase at the grain boundaries that is irregular and scarce.

建立了畜禽产品中维吉尼亚霉素M1和S1药物残留检测的液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法.样品以甲醇-乙腈溶液(1:1,V/v)提取,上清液经0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢铵溶液稀释后,Oasis HLB固相萃取小柱净化,Luna C18色谱柱分离,以乙腈和含0.1%(体积分数)甲酸的5 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,电喷雾正离子模式电离(ESI+).多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,外标法定量.该方法对两物质线性范围均为0.15~10.O μg/L,相关系数r2均大于0.999;定量下限均为0.25 μg/kg.在不同基质中,0.25、0.50、2.5 μg/kg 3个添加水平的平均回收率范围为71.2%~98.4%,精密度范围为3.6%~15.4%.该方法具有快速简便、灵敏度高、准确性强等特点,适用于畜禽产品中维吉尼亚霉素的检测.

Novel pyridine-containing macrocyclic compounds, such as 6,12,19,25-tetramethyl-7,11,20,24-dinitrilo-dibenzo[b,m]1,4,12,15-tetra-azacyclodoc osine (TMCD), were synthesized and used as electron transport layer in organic electroluminescent devices. Devices with a structure of glass/indium-tin oxide/arylamine derivative/tris(quinolinolato)aluminum(III) (Alq)/TMCD/LiF/Al exhibited green emission from the Alq layer with external quantum efficiency of 0.84% and luminous efficiency of 1.3 lm/W. The derivatives of TMCD were synthesized and characterized as well. These compounds were also found to be useful as the electron-transporting materials in organic electroluminescent devices.

The SiC_w/Al composite prepared by squeeze casting has a combination of superior room temperature specific strength and modulus together with excellent thermal properties.The extrusion can make an improvement on the strength and ductility of the composite from 582 MPa as squeeze casted up to 639 MPa,and on the transformation from isotropic to the anisotropic structure.This seems to be explained by the orientation of whiskers and the densification of dislocations in matrix.TEM observation indicates that the stacking fault is the usual planar defect on the SiC_w surface. composite;;SiC whisker;;Al alloy;;microstructure

测定了SBR-g-S的接枝率,用TEM检测了粉末SBR-g-S(PR)的相结构.用DSC测定了PS/PR共混体的Tg,研究了PS/PR共混体的相容性.结果发现,在接枝率为32.6%的粉末非交联SBR-g-S(PR1)的相结构中SBR为连续相,在连续相中均匀分布着直径约0.01 μm的PS微区;PS为细胞状分散相,粒径1~5 μm,分散相含有SBR包藏物.在接枝率为8.5%的粉末交联SBR-g-S(PR2)的相结构中PS为连续相,SBR为分散相,分散相粒径约0.3 μm.共混体PS/PR1的相容性优于PS/PR2.SBR在PS富相中有较高的含量是导致PS/PR1共混体在冲击断裂时发生剪切屈服的主要原因.

采用电化学方法、扫描电镜、能谱分析等技术,研究了常温下镍基高温合金M17和M38G在NaCl溶液和含S2O2-3的NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,在含质量分数为3.5% NaCl的溶液中,M17和M38G均会遭受严重的点腐蚀;向NaCl溶液(NaCl质量分数为3.5%)添加Na2S2O3(Na2S2O3质量分数为1.5%)后,由于溶液中的S2O2-3在试样表面活性点与Cl-竞争吸附并与H+结合,使两种合金的点蚀均受到抑制;M38G中存在微量的Nb、Ta、Mo等元素使得M38G合金在NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能明显优于M17合金.

Oxide materials NaCo2O4 and (Na1-yMy)1.6Co2O4 (M=K, 0.05≤y≤0.35; M=Ca, Sr, 0.10≤y≤0.40) were prepared by a sol-gel method. Experimental results indicated that the Seebeck coefficient and the Power-factor of Na Co2O4 were improved by doping Ca and Sr but not by K. The Power-factor of NaCo2O4 is in its maximum, 1.68×10-4 W•m-1•K-2 and 11% bigger than that of the original one when the dopant fraction of Ca was 0.1. Doping Sr makes NaCo2O4 have the biggest Power-factor, 1.68×10-4 W•m-1•K-2 that is 50% bigger than the non-doping oxide. The experimental results indicate that suitable dopants and addition amounts could improve the thermoelectric properties of NaCo2O4 greatly.

钢铁研究
为提高气保焊丝的焊接工艺性能,选用不同化学成分的ER70S-G焊丝进行焊接工艺试验。当焊丝含某种元素X质量分数为0.09%、w(Mn)为1.50%及w(Si)为1.0%时,CO2气体保护焊接飞溅极少,但焊缝宽高比较小,为3.5;当焊丝含某种元素X质量分数为0.01%、w(Mn)为1.70%及w(Si)为0.8%时,CO2气体保护焊接飞溅较少,焊缝宽高比较大,为4.5,显示出很好的焊接工艺性能。结果表明,焊丝的成分对气保焊缝的成形有很大的影响,在某种元素X质量分数、w(Ti)及w(Si)/w(Mn)比适当时,可得到焊接飞溅小、焊缝成形佳的焊接工艺性能。
