STUDY OF THE MICROSTRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF SIMULATED HEAT AFFECTED ZONE IN LASER WELDING OF ULCB 600 STEEL

The microstructure and properties of stmulated heat affected zone (HAZ) of laser welded ULCB600 steel were investigate by applying the simulation technique with gleeble - 2000 dynamic thermal - me - chanical simulator.The influence of the preheat condition on the microstructure and properties of simu- lated HAZ of laser welded plate was also studied in order to evaluate the feasibility of reducing arisk that the ductility and toedness of HAZ may be poor by using preheat treatment.The results indicate that the grain size of laser - welded HAZ simulated is very small no matter if there is preheat, the toughness of simulated HAZ is therefore improved comparing to the base metal,and there is no obvious brittle - ductile transition in the range from - 80℃ to 20℃. The TEM analyses of sub -microstruc- ture also discover that microstructure constituent of both simulated HAZ is dominative lath martensite. However, the shaf of martensite is relatively coarse,and the dislocation density is relatively high for simulated HAZ with 200℃ preheat because of slower cooling rate. Combination of these tow factors is responsible for farer bardness and better toughness of simulated HAZ with preheat condition.

Two-step magnetization in a spin-chain system on the triangular lattice: Wang-Landau simulation

The Wang-Landau algorithm is used to study the thermodynamic and magnetic properties of triangular spin-chain system based on two-dimensional Ising model in order to understand the magnetic-order dynamics in Ca(3)Co(2)O(6) compound. The calculated results demonstrate that the equilibrium state of the rigid spins produces the two-step magnetization curve at low temperature even when the random-exchange term is considered. This work indicates that the four-step magnetization behavior observed experimentally must be due to the nonequilibrium magnetization.

321-Q370q复合板焊接冷裂纹敏感性试验研究

Q370q钢是武汉钢铁公司和中铁大桥工程局共同研究开发的新型桥梁用钢.为了达到永久性防腐蚀的目的,采用爆炸焊接法制成321-Q370q复合板.本文研究了321-Q370q复合板焊接冷裂纹敏感性,试验结果表明:321-Q370q复合板具有优良的抗裂性能.

针对鄂钢轧制的部分宽厚板表面出现结疤现象,应用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱分析仪对Q345q热轧态钢板表面疤状物形态和成分进行观察,对形成原因进行分析并提出改进措施。结果表明:疤状缺陷为块状的非金属夹杂/渣,并在钢板表面形成凹坑,其成分为含有Si、Ti、Al、Ca、Mg的氧化物或硅酸盐、铝酸盐等,其主要为炼钢过程中的脱氧产物和合金的氧化产物。因此在生产过程中,通过去除钢水中夹杂物和清理铸坯等,减少非金属夹杂/渣,以提高钢板表面质量。

吡啶基咪唑[4,5-f]1,10-菲咯啉的合成、表征及与瓜环作用的光谱学考察

设计合成了2个吡啶基菲略啉衍生物2-(3-吡啶基)咪唑[4,5-f]1,10.菲咯啉(G1)和2-(4-吡啶基)咪唑[4,5-f]1,10-菲咯啉(G2),通过元素分析、质谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征.利用紫外吸收光谱和荧光光谱法考察了所合成化合物与六元瓜环Q[6]、七元瓜环Q[7]的相互作用,以及体系pH值对主-客体相互作用的影响.在酸性条件下,Q[6]、Q[7]与Gl以及Q[6]与G2均发生包合形成1∶1的包合物,并有荧光增敏作用;Q[7]与G2作用形成1∶2包合物,且对G2有荧光猝灭作用;Q[6]、Q[7]与G1的包合常数分别为3.00×104和1.86×104L/mol;Q[6]、Q[7]与G2的包合常数分别为1.64×104和1.01×103L/mol.随着体系酸性减弱,瓜环与客体作用减弱,在中性条件下,瓜环未与客体发生包合作用.

F-12纤维的吸湿行为

在60℃、80℃相对湿度90%环境条件下对F-12纤维进行了湿热老化实验,研究了长时间老化时纤维吸湿规律.通过ATR-FTIR光谱分析了湿热老化后水对F-12纤维化学结构的影响以及水在纤维中可能存在的方式,探讨了吸湿机制,实验研究了纤维单丝拉伸强度的变化,并采用SEM观察了纤维表面及拉伸断口形貌.结果表明:F-12纤维长时间的吸湿属于2阶段吸湿,吸湿初期符合Fick第二定律,后期偏离,吸湿2500 h后仍没达到平衡;水分子对F-12纤维的化学结构没有造成明显的破坏,老化2500 h后F-12纤维表面变得粗糙,出现了一些沟槽,老化后期断口呈现出脆性与原纤化复合的特征;拉伸断裂强度并非持续减小,而是在起伏波动中减小.

The morphology of the dark and bright regions observed by transmission electron microscopy for the Zr(64.13)Cu(15.75)Ni(10.12)Al(10) bulk metallic glass strongly depends on the ion beam parameters used for ion milling. This indicates that the ion beam could introduce surface fluctuation to metallic glasses during ion milling.
