Modeling of γ→α Transformation Temperature Ar3 for High-Nb Pipeline Steel During Cooling Process

According to the research on the deformation resistance and the ferrite transformation behavior of X80 pipeline steel by using Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator, a mathematical model of the α-phase start transformation temperature for high-Nb pipeline steel was established, based on the transformation kinetics and thermodynamics. The influence of deformation and cooling rate as well as Nb content on the α-phase starting temperature was thoroughly investigated. The results given by the model were in good agreement with the experimental results, which showed that the model could predict the α-phase starting temperature for high-Nb pipeline steel during cooling process.

A 3-D Differential Method for Solving Rolling Force of PC Hot Strip Mill

According to the character of the deformation zone on pair cross rolls, which is different from the regular 4-high mill, there are longitudinal and transverse two-way shear deformation in the deformation zone, the character of metal particles flowing velocity is more complicated than normal rolling. Comprehensive influences of normal stress and shear stress in rolling direction, width direction and thickness direction are considered. Establish the rolling force calculation model of PC hot strip mills. After the longitudinal and transverse discretization of deformation zone, the longitudinal and transverse distribution of rolling force is worked out by the differential method, then calculate total rolling force. Calculated results are verified by experimental data.

Influence of Normal Load, Sliding Speed and Ambient Temperature on Wear Resistance of ZG42CrMo

Abstract: To investigate the wear resistance of ZG42CrMo in industrial application, the wear behaviors under different normal loads, sliding speeds and ambient temperatures were simulated by an MMU-5G abrasion tester to acquire the friction coefficients and wear rates, with the morphology of worn surface observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and chemical composition of worn surface and debris analyzed by X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). Combine with the theory of tribology, finally the regular of environmental factors′ influence on material wear behaviors is determined. The results show that the increase of load decreases wear resistance significantly, when the pressure reaches a certain extent, severe spalling occurs on the worn surface; the changes of speed result in the changes of size of abrasive debris, and then effect the wear behaviors, in the increasing process of speed, the wear rate increases firstly and then decreases; the rise of temperature causes changes in wear mechanism, bring forth oxidation film on the worn surface, which leads to significant improvement of the wear resistance of materials under high temperature compared to that under low temperature.

Vibration of Moving Strip With Distributed Stress in Rolling Process

Take the moving strip between two stands of some cold tandem rolling mill in rolling process as subject investigated, according to the Poisson-Kirchhoff sheet theory, the vibration model of the moving strip in the rolling process was established. Model of distributed stress was built based on rolling theory. And then, vibration model of moving strip with distributed stress was established. The partial differential equation was discreted by Galerkin truncation. The natural frequency and stability of the moving strip were investigated and simulation in time domain was made by numerical method. Take the moving strip between the second stand and third stand of some 1660 tandem mill as subject investigated, distributions of stress, natural frequencies and stability of moving strip were determined under six different rolling conditions which are “uniform distribution of stress”, “flat roll flat”(crown of entrance strip and crown of exit strip are all 0 at the second mill), “flat roll convex”(crown of entrance strip is 0 and crown of exit strip is 20μ), “flat roll concave”(crown of entrance strip is 0 and crown of exit strip is -20μ), “convex roll flat”(crown of entrance strip is 20μ and crown of exit strip is 0) and “concave roll flat”(crown of entrance strip is -20μ and crown of exit strip is 0). At last, three-dimension dynamic simulation was made, the moving law of the strip was determined. This model can be used to study the stability of moving strip, depress the shape wave of strip and develop new rolling technology from the aspect of dynamics theory.

Adaptive Coordinated Control for Hot Strip Finishing Mills

To further improve the control accuracy for strip dimension of hot strip mills, an adaptive control scheme is investigated for a hot strip finishing mill based on the decentralization and coordination among the controllers of gauge, tension and looper. Consequently, the adaptive controller designed can regulate simultaneously the strip exit thickness, the strip tension and the looper angle to ensure better performance of the strip quality of finishing mills. Moreover, the control scheme is proposed in consideration of the essential nonlinearity and the unavoidable friction phenomena in the mechanical system, so the controller can be efficient in a wider range of working situations. The simulation results of a model obtained from a real hot strip finishing mill show the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme in comparison with the conventional control method.

卤代烃的Peng-Robinson状态方程的密度修正

利用密度平移的方法对Peng-Robinson状态方程计算的液相密度进行了修正,给出了其描述平移量的关联式.对22种卤代烃纯物质的计算结果表明,修正后的PR方程能够很好地计算液相密度,并且能很好地再现纯物质的临界压缩因子,计算精度可以满足工程应用的需要.

Cu-Zr/ZrN薄膜体系的电阻率和纳米压入研究

采用磁控溅射方法在Si(111)基片上沉积Cu-Zr/ZrN薄膜体系作为扩散阻挡层.通过比较Cu-Zr/ZrN薄膜体系和三元非晶(Mo,Ta,W)-Si-N的电阻率,同时比较Cu-Zr/ZrN薄膜体系和Ta,YaN的硬度,说明作为扩散阻挡层的材料的选取,应从整体性能上考虑,而不能仅仅考虑热稳定性等单一指标.

Studies of the g factors and the local structure for Ni3+in LaAl0.9Ni0.1O3, La0.75Y0.25Al0.99Ni0.01O3 and YAl0.9Ni0.1O3

Radiation Effects and Defects in Solids

The electron paramagnetic resonance g factors and the local structure for Ni3+ in LaAl0.9Ni0.1O3 (LAN), La0.75Y0.25Al0.99Ni0.01O3 (LYAN) and YAl0.9Ni0.1O3 (YAN) are theoretically studied from the perturbation formulas of the g factors for a 3d7 ion of low spin (S = 1/2) in tetragonally elongated octahedra. In these formulas, the contributions to the g factors from the tetragonal distortion, characterized by the tetragonal field parameters Ds and Dt are taken into account. According to the calculations, the ligand octahedra around Ni3+ are suggested to suffer 2% relative elongation along the [001] (or C4) axis due to the Jahn-Teller effect.

非微扰QCD和核遮蔽效应对K因子的影响

考虑非微扰量子色动力学物理真空夸克凝聚效应,计算了碳核与碳核在质心系能量分别为630和200 GeV时碰撞Drell-Yan过程的K因子,以及加入核遮蔽因子后非微扰效应对K因子的影响,并把计算结果与没有考虑夸克凝聚非微扰效应的K值进行了对比.结果表明,非微扰效应和核遮蔽效应对K因子影响很小.

简单流体和烷烃表面张力的梯度理论模型

利用比容平移修正后的Peng-Robinson状态方程和密度梯度理论建立了简单流体和烷烃的表面张力的理论模型,并提出了适合于这一类纯物质的作用因子通用关联式.对3种简单流体和21种烷烃的表面张力的计算结果表明,利用新的作用因子关联式结合梯度理论模型能在广泛温度范围内高精度地再现纯物质的表面张力,总的平均绝对偏差为0.19 mN·m-1,计算精度可以满足工程应用的需要.
