众多结晶体在低温环境下呈现解理断裂,在高温环境下呈现塑性断裂在过渡温区,解理断裂的应力随温度增加而增加,反映了屈服应力的下降以及裂纹尖端区塑性的相应增加.裂尖塑性可钝化裂纹并因塑性区中的压应力而屏蔽裂纹本文简短评述了脆一韧转变模型在该模型中,计算屏蔽效应的塑性区是由位错的产生、运动和相互作用形成的,这些位错均在含裂尖的滑移面上运动,并且服从速度/应力/温度定律.对模型在实验结果中的应用也进行了讨论.

The effects of P and B on the creep behavior of 718 alloys are discussed in this paper. The result implies that P and B have little effect on the gamma" and gamma' phases of the alloy, but they can enhance the grain boundary strength by segregating there, which can be of beneficial to the higher creep properties. P also may increase the grains strength through solid solution. The beneficial effect of P and B were presented in both standard IN718 alloy and DA718 alloy. Adding P and B together does a better work than adding P alone. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

研究了碱性溶液中镀液组成、阴极电流密度、温度、pH值对Fe-P-B合金电镀层沉积速率和组成的影响,优化了工艺,在最佳工艺条件下获得Fe-P-B镀层,并对镀层的耐腐蚀性、结构和结合力进行了分析.结果表明:提高镀液中硫酸亚铁铵含量、溶液pH值、温度和电流密度,镀层沉积速率增加;提高镀液中次亚磷酸钠、丙二酸和硼氢化钠含量,镀层沉积速率先增后降低,出现一个极大值;镀层中B含量的增加会使P含量降低,但提高电流密度和镀液温度时二者都有所增加;在最佳工艺条件下获得的Fe-P-B合金镀层为非晶态结构,和基体结合力优良,耐蚀性良好,在15%NaoH溶液中的耐腐蚀性优于在5%NaCl溶液中.

By combining the Bodner-Partom constitutive model and equivalent stress function,finite element methods and program on analyzing non-elastic deformation and stressfor thermal viscoplastic material are studied in this paper, and it's the first timethat this material model is used in a kind of engineering software-MARC. Thermalviscoplastic behavior of high temperature alloy GH536 specimen with gap is analyzedby this program. The research results show it is feasible to analyze thermal viscoplasticbehavior of specimen or structure by applying B-P model.

The doping of phosphorus, sulfur and boron in IN718 superalloy can remarkably influence the creep behavior. The modifications of the minor elements seem not to vary the stress exponent and the influences primarily concentrate on the effective diffusion coefficient. A pronounced beneficial interaction between P and B and a weaker detrimental interaction between P and S have been obtained. The preexponential frequency constant is proved to be strongly related with the creep activation energy because of the so-called compensation effect. The compensation temperature has been determined to be about 1080 K, which corresponds to the transformation temperature from rapidly coarsened gamma " phase to delta phase. It has been proposed that trace elements can influence the effective diffusion coefficient individually or cooperatively, which in turn either retard or speed the creep process.

利用真空冶炼制备了微合金化Ni-Fe基GH984合金并热锻、轧制成棒材,采用OM,SEM和TEM观察了标准热处理后B和P微合金化GH984合金的微观组织,并研究了B和P微合金化对合金力学性能的影响.结果表明:B或P的微合金化对GH984合金中的析出相影响不大,合金中的析出相为γ'相、Ti(C,N)相、MC型和M23C6型碳化物.然而,B和P同时添加使M23C6型碳化物形貌由块状向粒状转变并均匀分布于晶界;B和P的添加对合金的室温和700℃拉伸强度无明显影响,但可成倍提高合金的高温拉伸塑性.持久寿命随B和P的添加显著提高,此外,相对单独添加B,B和P的同时添加可以更好地改善合金的持久性能.持久试样的断口观察表明,B和P微合金化明显改善了晶界强度,断裂模式由沿晶断裂转变为混合断裂.

以水性聚氨酯为基料,加入颜填料和助剂合成水性防腐蚀涂料.改变涂料配方中颜填料和基料的质量比(P/B),在不锈钢板上制得涂层样品,通过极化曲线和电化学阻抗测试,讨论P/B对涂层腐蚀性能的影响,试验结果表明,涂料配方中P/B=0.8和1.5时涂层综合性能较好.

将具有磷酸钙(CA-P)表面涂层的AZ31B镁合金植入家兔的骨髂和肌肉组织间,观察了体内CA-P/AZ31B合金周围骨骼、肌肉组织的炎性反应,以及CA-P/AZ31B合金的微观结构,评价了CA-P/AZ31B合金的细胞毒性作用及溶血性.结果表明,CA-P涂层可有效地延缓AZ31B镁合金降解产物的释放速度,增加合金的表面粗糙度,减轻合金在体内诱导的组织炎性反应,显著降低合金的溶血率.CA-P/AZ31B合金具有良好的生物相容性,有望成为新一代可降解生物医学材料.
