背散射电子衍射在高应变率变形结构研究中的应用

本文是作者对背散射电子衍射技术在高应变率态载荷下诱发的几种晶体(包括FE-Cr-Ni单晶,304不锈钢和纳米铜)变形结构演化的最新研究结果,以及对相关研究进展的简要评述.具体内容包括:(1)进一步辨认剪切带中再结晶现象,澄清长期来学者们对该问题看法上的分歧;(2)采用Meyers等提出的结构演化模型对再结晶予以合理的解释;(3)在实验基础上,根据位错动力学理论,对局部化过程中再结晶的晶粒生长予以定量描述,其结果与实验事实吻合.

Ultrafine grain size is often achieved by severe plastic deformation. A few techniques have been devel- oped to achieve severe plastic deformation,such as equal channel angular (ECA ) processing, torsion, and accumulative roll bonding (ARB) techmpues. This paper will introduce a moftiaxis deformation technique which can achieve essentially unlimited strain with constant deformation volume. The mul- tiaxis deformation can be fully restrained or unrestrained.The bulk volume of a multiaxis restraint compression specimen can be easily machined into mechanical testing specimens for mechanical property measurement and other studies.

GCr15钢奥氏体晶粒长大的有限元模拟

用Gleeble-3800型热模拟试验机研究了不同加热温度和保温时间对CCr15钢奥氏体晶粒的长大影响,得到了描述GCr15钢奥氏体晶粒长大规律的数学模型;井将该模型写入Marc的子程序,利用大型商业有限元软件Marc模拟了加热保温过程申GCr15钢奥氏体晶粒的长大过程.结果表明:晶粒长大的模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合.

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF HEATING AND QUENCHING PROCESSES FOR A 280 CONNECTING ROD OF 16V280ZJ DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE

A modified temperature-phase transformation-stress coupled 3D non-linear mathemat-ical model and a series of subroutines on the non-liner MARC (MARC Analysis Re-search Corporation) are developed. Then this modified model has been utilized to simu-late the heat treatment processes of 280 connecting rod of 16V280ZJ diesel locomotive.The simulation results are basically in agreement with the experiments, which testifythat the mathematical model and method are feasible. In addition, the simulationcan not only obtain the transient temperature and microstructure of heat treatmentprocess, but also provide a sound scientific basis for the heat treatment workers.

H型钢万能轧制的数值模拟

为了解决H型钢轧制缺陷问题,优化工艺方案,借助于有限元分析软件MSC.Marc2003,建立H型钢的轧制模型,模拟轧制过程,并分析了轧件的变形和金属流动情况和翼缘的等效总应变的分布.其模拟结果与实测数据基本吻合.

钢管等径拔制过程的数值模拟分析

建立等径冷拔钢管的分析模型,运用MARC.Superform有限元软件对整个拔制过程进行仿真,得到了各种场变量的分布规律及特点,并给出不同工况下拔制力最小的最佳模角,为实际生产提供依据.

采用MSC.Marc有限元软件分析了PD3 60 kg/m钢轨在成品孔轧制变形过程中轧制温度、压下量、轧前来料尺寸、轧辊磨损及摩擦系数等工艺参数对钢轨轨高和底宽的影响规律,获得了影响的定量关系.

A STUDY OF B-P UNIFIED VISCOPLASTIC CONSTITUTIVE MODEL

By combining the Bodner-Partom constitutive model and equivalent stress function,finite element methods and program on analyzing non-elastic deformation and stressfor thermal viscoplastic material are studied in this paper, and it's the first timethat this material model is used in a kind of engineering software-MARC. Thermalviscoplastic behavior of high temperature alloy GH536 specimen with gap is analyzedby this program. The research results show it is feasible to analyze thermal viscoplasticbehavior of specimen or structure by applying B-P model.

Stress Analysis of the Aperture in Compound Pipeline by FEM

There is a cyclical aperture at a certain part of the fiberglass reinforced plastic compound pipeline with a stainless steel pipe as a liner, which becomes the weakness of the conduit. The field of stress and strain of the aperture was investigated using the nonliner finite element code Marc. The results of the finite element analysis showed that there were concentrations of stress and strain in the layer of stainless steel at the part of the pipeline where the aperture existed. The method to solve these problems was also discussed.
