The mathematical expressions for magnetomechanical damping capacity are presented by applying Smith-Birchak's model in torsion pendulum and cantilever beam.The peak value ψ_p is found to be related to physical parameters and material constants in the form Kλ_s=αψ_pε_p.which can be used to estimate the magnetostrictive constant λ_s from the damping capacity-strain amplitude curve.A good agreement of experimental data and theoretical prediction was observed in HIDAMETS Cr15A13NiCu.

Steel-mushy Al-20Sn alloy bonding was studied for the first time. The relationship model about preheat temperature of steel plate, solid fraction of Al-20Sn alloy mushy, rolling speed and interfacial shear strength of bonding plate could be established by artificial neural networks perfectly. This model could be optimized with a genetic algorithm. The optimum bonding parameters were: 505℃ for preheat temperature of steel plate, 34.3% for solid fraction of Al-20Sn alloy mushy and 10 mm/s for rolling speed, and the largest interfacial shear strength of bonding plate was 71.2 MPa.

The size of austenite grain has significant e®ects on components and proportions of
various ferrites in low-alloy steel weld metal. Therefore, it is important to determine
the size of austenite grain in the weld metal. In this paper, a model based upon the
carbon diffusion rate is developed for computing austenite grain size in low-alloy steel
weld metal during continuous cooling. The model takes into account the effects of the
weld thermal cycles, inclusion particles and various alloy elements on the austenite
grain growth. The calculating results agree reasonably with those reported experimental
observations. The model demonstrates a significant promise to understand the weld
microstructure and properties based on the welding science.

通过对resol(羟甲基酚化合物和低分子量羟甲基酚树脂)DEPT135图谱的分析讨论,得到一系列计算resol微细结构参数的经验公式.根据DEPT135图谱可判断是否发生缩聚反应,根据经验公式可计算酚单体各个活性点参与反应百分率或酚羟基导入率、不同类型缩聚所占百分率及低分子量羟甲基酚树脂的平均核体数.

直线是机载座舱显示画面中最基本的图元,其显示质量对于整个画面的显示效果影响较大,尤其是小角度下直线显示的“麻花”现象一直是影响显示效果的关键问题之一.为了提高小角度下直线的显示效果,本文提出了一种基于Wu算法的亮度渐变改进算法.该算法通过渐进地展现直线从轴方向上的亮度变化过程,减少亮度畸变,有效地改进了显示效果.通过Matlab仿真和FPGA实现,验证了该算法反走样后的小角度直线显示效果明显优于其他算法,而且结合中点画线法后,绘制时间与Wu算法相当.同时该算法还可改善大角度直线和圆弧的显示效果,消除了大角度直线的边缘锯齿,解决了圆弧在小角度部分的虚化问题.因此本文算法可用于对实时性和显示效果要求高的机载座舱显示系统,以缓解飞行员的视觉疲劳.

An alloy steel pattern recognition expert system,ASPRES,has been established for the purpose of computer aided optimal design of alloy steel in compositions and process pa- rameters,Pattern recognition techniques are used to abstract inner relationship between mechanical properties and process variables.The ASPRES uses 2-dimensional graph as visual knowledge to represent domain expertise of specific object.Forward and back- ward chaining can be utilized by researcher in predicting sample performances or giving helpful suggestions about the chemical compositions and process parameters according to desired properties.

Research status of high strength low alloy TRIP (transformation induced plasticity) steels for automobile structural parts is briefly described. Composition and microstructure factors especially the morphology, size and volume fraction of retained austenite,which largely influence the strength and ductility of the steel, are reviewed and discussed one after another. Modelling of the inter-critical annealing and martempering processes as well as the designing of the TRIP steel aided by commercial software are introduced. Some special aspects of the dynamic mechanical properties of TRIP steel are firstly reported.

The compatibility of the austenitic AISI 304 steel with Pb-Bi-Sn alloy was analyzed. The AISI 304 steels were immersed in stagnant molten Pb-33.3Bi-33.3Sn alloy at 400, 500 and 600 ℃ for different exposure times (100-2000 h) respectively. X-Ray diffraction spectrum (XRD) with a Y-4Q system (CuKα, λ=0.15478 nm) was used to identify the phases on the surface of specimens after exposing to Pb-Bi-Sn liquid metal (LM). The surface and cross section of the specimens were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX). The result showed that a FeSn alloy layer on the surface of all specimens was formed, and it prevented AISI 304 steel matrix from penetration attack and loss of alloy elements at 400 and 500 ℃.

The iron rust phases formed on low alloy steels containing different quantities of Cr element have been characterized using EPMA, Raman spectroscopy, TEM, optical microscopy etc. The ion selective properties of synthesized rust films with the same phase constituent as the atmospheric corrosion products were investigated using self-made apparatus. The results showed that corrosion loss of steels exposed in marine atmosphere decreased rapidly as the Cr content of the steel was increased. Cr-containing steels were covered by a uniform compacted rust layer composed of fine particles with an average diameter of several nanometers. Inner rust layer of Cr-containing steel (2 mass fraction) was composed of a-CrxFe1-xOOH, with Cr content of about 5 mass fraction. Such rust layer showed cation selective property, and could depress the penetration of Cl- to contact substrate steel directly.
