TEMPERING RESPONSE OF A DEFORMED LOW CARBON DUAL PHASE STRUCTURE

The low carbon dual phase structure was cold de formed first,then was tempered at 200 to 600℃.The variation in strength and ductility during tempering of the steel was investigated.It was found that a fter the de formed dual phase structure was tempered at 200 to 600℃, with the increase in the tempering temperature the tensile strength decreases rapidly;the lotal elongation remains constant at 200 to 500℃ but began to rise dramatically at a critical temperature between 500 and 600℃.However,when the non-deformed dual phase structure was tempered at the same temperature range,the tensile strength decreases and the total elongation increases continuously with the increase of temperature.It was demonstrated from TEM analysis that precipitating carbides density along the boundaries ofmartensite lath and the recrystallized grains are responsible for the tempering response ofthe de formed dual phase structure.

PEB-g-MAN的合成与表征

用悬浮接枝共聚法合成了乙烯-1-丁烯共聚物(PEB)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)-丙烯腈(AN)的接枝共聚物(PEB-g-MAN).用不同性质的溶剂以抽提法将接枝共聚产物所含组分逐步分离,用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)分析了各组分聚合物的归属.研究了AN/(MMA+AN)投料质量比(fAN)对接枝共聚反应行为及产物各组分含量的影响.用凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)对各组分相对分子质量及其分布进行了表征.结果发现,接枝共聚体系存在PEB与MMA-AN接枝共 聚、PEB与MMA接枝均聚、MMA与AN共聚和MMA均聚等基元反应.

Zee-Man石墨炉原子吸收法测定生铁中痕量砷和铅

采用日立公司Z-2000原子吸收光谱仪对生铁中痕量砷和铅进行测定并讨论相关的实验条件,石墨管性能比较、酸的选择、试剂空白的控制、干扰因素及消除、基体改进剂的选择、加热参数的选择、共存离子的影响等.用10 g/LNi(NO3)2作基体改进剂,提高砷的灰化温度,检测信号得到扩大,回收率为102%和105%.方法的相对标准偏差为4.73%和4.09%,As的线性范围为0~80μg/L,Pb的线性范围为0~100μg/L.

<正> 合成指定序列结构的材料是高分子设计的重要内容。交替共聚的方法是一个简单的极限例子。理论和实践上的兴趣是交替共聚的机理以及据此应用单体分子结构的或经验的参数预言交替共聚的可能性。对于后者,根据机理的不同,交替共聚的判据分为两种,即CTC 平衡常数K 的判据和基于Q-e 概念的竞聚率(r_1·r_2)判据。目前判断交替共聚的可能性仍用这宏观可测量而不是所期望的微观结构参数。但这宏观量与分子结构的联系,对于动力学判据途径,已由Alfrey,Price 的工作完成~([1]),而热力学途径,K 与

EFFECTIVE-MEDIUM THEORY OF PIEZOELECTRIC COMPOSITES

Based on the developed multiple-scattering theory [C.-W. Nan and F. S. Jin, Phys. Rev. B 48, 8578 (1993)], an effective-medium theory (EMT) is proposed to treat coupled electromechanical behavior in composite media. The explicit relations for determining effective behavior of piezoelectric composites are derived. To illustrate the technique, numerical results of piezoelectric ceramic/epoxy composites for various particle shapes are presented over the whole range of concentrations. The EMT estimates are shown to be in good agreement with available experimental results. Porous piezoelectric ceramics are also discussed. The EMT predicts a similar critical behavior for heterogeneous piezoelectric materials to recent experiments.

The distribution of N and morphology of graphite in gray cast iron containing N were studicd by adopting the man-made specimens of Fe-C-Si-Mn alloys with some N added. The N adsorbed along the interfaces between graphite and matrix together with solid- solutioned in graphite is believed to be the principal cause of morpholongical variation of graphite.

DEVELOPMENT OF NEW THERMO-MECHANICAL SIMULATOR

A new multifunction thermo-mechanical simulator was successfully developed. The accuracy of measurement and control is very high through all digital control. More than twenty tests may be fulled including tension, compression, torsion, combination large deformation that meets the study of supersteel, etc. Its performance is introduced in the paper, such as designed ideas, machine structure, man-machine interface, con- trol system, etc.

IMEC——AN EXPERT SYSTEM FOR RETRIEVAL AND PREDICTION OF BINARY INTERMETALLIC COMPOUNDS

An expert system,IMEC,for the retrieval and prediction of binary intermetallic compounds has been built.The rules found by chenlieal bond parameter-pattern recognition method have been used for computerized prediction.Data base of known mtermetallic compounds and chemical bond parameters of metallic elements and the knowledge proeessing system are in cluded in the expert system.By man-machine interfacing,the formation,stoichiometry and crystal type o fall binary intermetallic compounds can be predicted or retrieved.

聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺(PMI)泡沫塑料的制备与表征

以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和甲基丙烯腈(MAN)为单体,采用浇注法制得了聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺(PMI)泡沫塑料,利用红外光谱(FTIR)、光学显微镜、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和热失重分析(TG)等手段对其结构和性能进行分析和测试.研究结果表明:将50份MAA、50份MAN、1~5份氧化镁、2~8份正丁醇、叔丁醇的混合物、0.2~0.3份过氧化二苯甲酰和过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯和0.1~0.2份的甲酰胺,混合均匀后在40~60℃ 聚合为可发泡的MAA/MAN共聚物,该共聚物在200~220℃下发泡2~3h,在160℃下热处理5~6h,制得PMI泡沫塑料,其力学性能和耐热性能优异.在发泡和热处理过程中分子链发生分子重排反应,生成六元酰亚胺环结构;PMI泡沫为闭孔泡沫塑料,泡孔平均孔径在0.5~0.7mm之间;制得的泡沫塑料热稳定性好,热分解温度在221.5℃左右.

新型非离子型水性环氧固化剂的制备

以苯酚、甲醛、二乙烯三胺为原料制备曼尼希胺(Man - A1),然后以聚乙二醇与液体环氧树脂的反应物(P)为改性剂对Man - A1进行改性,再用苯基缩水甘油醚封端,制得具有自乳性的改性曼尼希胺(Man - A2),最后采用相反转法制得了非离子型水性环氧固化剂.讨论了聚乙二醇相对分子质量、聚乙二醇与环氧树脂物质的量之比以及端羟基环氧聚合物P的含量对乳液的稳定性和粒径的影响.结果表明:以聚乙二醇4 000为原料制备端羟基环氧聚合物P,当聚乙二醇4 000与环氧树脂物质的量之比为3:4,P的添加量为20%时,所得的水性环氧固化剂体系的稳定性最佳,在3 000 r/min的离心机中20 min不分层,平均粒径最小,为0.43 μm,固含量约为50%,胺值为160 mgKOH/g.室温固化后,涂膜硬度4H,耐冲击性50 cm,柔韧性1mm,附着力0~1级,适用期5~6h,耐水性优异.
