Deep drawing properties of hot rolled gas cylinder steel was investigated by using HP295 steel in terms of microstructure, texture, yield ratio, plastic strain ratio (r-value) and plastic anisotropy (Δr). The grains in the hot strip were largely equiaxed, and the texture was weak, containing α- and γ-fibre. Reheating temperature, finish rolling temperature and cooling rate after rolling influenced the ferrite-pearlite band formation significantly, and the yield ratio increased steeply with decreasing coiling temperature below 630 ℃. The anisotropy is relatively high due to retained severe ferrite-pearlite band. A mechanism of the band formation due to manganese segregation is elaborated and confirmed validly, from which the measures to avoid the band formation are worked out. Rolling parameters have been optimized by the measures, and industrial production of the gas cylinder steel has been made possible with much improved r-and Δr-values, while meeting other specifications.

探讨了树脂基体、碳纤维增强体以及树脂基体-纤维的界面等对双马来酰亚胺(简称双马)树脂基复合材料冲击后压缩强度(CAI)值的影响,指出降低树脂基体的交联密度和产生微观两相结构是提高碳纤维/双马复合材料CAI值的两个典型方法.合适的树脂含量有利于保持复合材料体系较高的CAI值,采用高强高韧性的碳纤维可明显提高复合材料体系的CAI值.为获得较高的CAI值,保持合适的树脂基体-纤维界面性能也是必要的.

复合材料学报
基于热压罐成型工艺,选择了树脂柱Z向增强泡沫芯材、碳纤维Z向增强泡沫芯材、Kevlar纤维缝纫增强泡沫芯材3种Z向增强复合材料结构,对夹芯结构进行了低速冲击损伤和冲击后压缩(CAI)性能研究,考察了不同Z向增强方式对冲击损伤面积和破坏模式的影响。结果表明,Z向增强对泡沫芯材产生了初始损伤,其冲击后损伤面积大于未增强泡沫夹芯结构;但Z向增强改变了夹芯结构的压缩破坏机制。通过选用合适的Z向增强材料和Z向增强参数,能够提高夹芯结构的压缩强度和CAI强度。其中当增强材料为碳纤维,增强参数为10mm×10mm时,压缩强度提高了13%,CAI强度提高超过40%。

为了考察一种小试件CAI试验方法的有效性,本文作者对复合材料层合板的准静态横向压缩特性和损伤,以及损伤后的压缩破坏进行了试验研究,采用C扫描、热揭层等技术对层合板内的损伤进行测量,并将含准静态横压损伤层合板的剩余压缩强度与低速冲击后板的压缩强度进行了比较.结果表明:在横压过程中存在分层损伤起始门槛压缩载荷值或压入深度值,以及横压载荷极限值;小板试件各界面的分层面积沿厚度方向的分布和继后的压缩破坏形式等与SACMA的CAI试验标准的情况相异.

Through analysis of the latest experimental results reported in the literature and obtained in our laboratory, we have extended our previous quantum confinement/luminescence center model for the photoluminescence mechanism of porous Si and of nanometer-silicon-particle-embedded Si oxide films (G.G. Qin and Y.Q. Jia, Solid State Commun. 86, 559 (1993)). We consider that there are three main types of competitive photoexcitation/photoemission processes and that the process in which photoexcitation occurs in the nanometer silicon particles (NSPs) while photoemission occurs in the luminescence centers (LCs) in the SiOx layers very close to the NSPs is usually the major one. We discuss under what conditions the other two types of processes will dominate. We believe that the extended quantum confinement/luminescence center model is a physical model that is suitable for the photoluminescence from silicon oxide films embedded with NSPs or nanometer Ge particles (NGPs), as well as from oxidized porous Si. 针对氰酸酯采用环氧树脂进行改性研究,对该体系的流变性能与DMA进行分析,并对浇注体的力学性能进行了研究.以聚砜作为增韧剂,采用"离位"增韧技术,制备复合材料层压板,测试了复合材料的力学性能与冲击后压缩强度(CAI),对微观增韧机理进行了研究.结果表明,在40℃时,氰酸酯/环氧树脂体系有较长的工艺适用期,很好的工艺操作性.Tg为200℃时,浇注体的力学性能优良.采用热塑性树脂作为"离位"增韧层,体系出现了相反转结构,具有较好的增韧效果,复合材料的CAI值从180 MPa增加到260 MPa,对复合材料的力学性能没有影响.

提出了一种从氧化铝中提取原铝的新方法。该方法的原理基于如下化学反应:AlI3+(3/2)Zn=Al+(3/2)ZnI2。首先通过氧化铝的碳热氯化反应得到氯化铝(AlCl3),然后通过氯化铝和碘化钙的交换反应(AlCl3+CaI2→AlI3+CaCl2)得到碘化铝。在实验室条件下对这些反应进行了研究,同时对一些回收主要化学试剂的反应进行了研究(Cl2, ZnI2→Zn, CaCl2→CaI2)。采用XRD和SEM对反应产物的相组成及形貌进行分析。采用总自由能最小方法对化学反应平衡进行计算。结果表明,采用非电解方法,可以在没有非常高的温度和可消耗的化学试剂的条件下,从氧化铝中有效地提取铝。与当今采用燃煤发电提供电力的铝电解厂相比,本方法所产生的单位碳消耗和 CO2大气排放可以降低一半以上。

复合材料的结构一体化技术包括结构整体化和结构-功能一体化两个方面.复合材料吸能结构属于典型的结构-功能一体化结构.以复合材料管形件为基础,发现提高管形件轴向性能如增加编织结构的轴向纤维纱数,或调整预浸料复合材料铺层尽可能地平行于轴向,或提高复合材料层间韧性(即高CAI值)等,都有利于提高吸能效果.在整体化制造方面,研制和验证了织物复合材料正弦波梁的液态成型制造技术.
