The effects of spinning deformation and subsequent heat treatments on the mechanical properties and microstructure of 18Ni Co-free Maraging steel (T250) tube were evaluated comparatively with the perform. An obvious radial shrinkage is detected in spun tubes after heat treatment and the magnitude of the shrinkage induced by solution treatment is almost the same as that by aging. Plastic deformation during spinning elongated the grains severely in the direction of metal flow. The solution treatment resulted in a drastically refined grain and recrystallised microstructure, removing the effect of plastic deformation, relieving the tangential residual stress and strain and improving hardness. Subsequent aging obtained a tempered microstructure, enhancing hardness values strikingly for precipitation strengthening. XRD (X-ray diffraction) analysis indicated that the reversed austenite formed in a plate-like along the grain boundaries and the volume fraction of austenite in spun tube was more than double that in the preform. These results imply that the residual stress and stain induced by spinning process and reversed austenite forming during aging might have the similar contribution to the radical shrinkage.

Standardarized creep and rupture strength tests were conducted for commercial T91 martensitic heat-resistant steel at 650 ℃ and corresponding microstructure was characterized by BSED, TEM and EDS. The martensitic microstructure degenerated seriously during creep exposure, including martensitic substructure recovering, carbides coarsening, dissolving and precipitating. EDS analysis shows that the M23C6 carbides in different morphologies have dissimilar compositions. The rod/sheet like M23C6 particles within the matrix contain more additions, which might precipitate in situ while fine MX particles were re-solving. The high content of silicon in these rod/sheet like M23C6 carbides is probably related to self diffusion coefficient increasing for the exposed condition at 650 ℃ close to Curie temperature Tc. For those reasons, martensite substructure becomes unstable, and microstructure evolution is accelerated and leads to creep strength deteriorating severely.

为解决苯乙烯和甲基苯乙烯在VPI浸渍树脂应用于风力发电机中的不足,采用不饱和聚酯亚胺、引发剂和无挥发活性稀释剂研制出116HU聚酯亚胺无挥发浸渍树脂,并对其各项性能进行了研究。结果表明:116HU聚酯亚胺无挥发浸渍树脂的常规性能满足风力发电机的要求,其耐热等级可达H级。用该树脂浸渍的风电模拟线棒具有优异的介电性能、耐湿热交变和高低温循环冲击性能及耐盐雾性能等,能满足风力发电机在极端环境运行的要求。

提出一种SAR图像目标识别新方法.首次引入BM3D方法,用于滤除原始图像中的相干斑噪声,BM3D结合了空间域和变换域去噪的优势,滤波性能优异.在特征提取步骤,将低阶Hu矩与高阶Zernike矩组合,Hu矩描述目标的粗略信息,高阶Zernike矩描述目标的细节信息,因此组合矩能够更加全面而细致地表达目标特性.使用组合矩特征训练SVM分类器,对含噪的SAR图像进行识别实验.实验结果表明:本文方法的识别率高达98.90%,优于已有的SAR目标识别方法.

A static Monte Carlo simulation program has been used to study the influence of primary and secondary knock-on atoms on the angular distribution and the fractionation, for zero-fluence sputtering of Mo-92-Mo-100. At 10 keV Xe ion energy, calculations show that significant depth-dependent momentum asymmetry exists in the near-surface region, as in Refs. (L.P. Zheng, R.S. Li, M.Y.LI, Nucl. Instr, and Meth. B 100 (1995) 490; L.P. Zheng, M.Y. Li, Nucl. Instr. and Meth. B 114(1996) 28). The calculations also show that at the polar emission angle range between 0 degrees and 90 degrees the probabilities of the sputtered primary knock-on atoms for Mo-92 and Mo-100 are small (6.1% for Mo-92 and 6.6% for Mo-100), especially, between 0 degrees and 30 degrees they are very small (2.5% for Mo-92 and 2.8% for Mo-100). At 0.1 keV Ar ion energy, the calculations show that partial momentum flux ratios, for the primary and the secondary knock-on atoms, deviate far from one, through marker plane 1 (about an atomic layer distance from the surface). 为评估氧化剂硝酸羟胺的热稳定性,使用标准液体铝皿于3 K/min、4 K/min、5 K/min加热速率下进行热分析.借助非等温DSC曲线的参数值,应用Kissinger法和Ozawa法求得热分解反应的表观活化能和指前因子,根据Zhang-Hu-Xie-Li公式、Hu-Yang-Liang-Xie公式、Hu-Zhao-Gao公式以及Zhao-Hu-Gao公式,计算硝酸羟胺的自加速分解温度和热爆炸临界温度,并对热分解机理函数进行了研究.设计了7条热分解反应路径,采用密度泛函理论B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)方法对硝酸羟胺的热分解进行了动力学和热力学计算.计算结果表明,硝酸羟胺热分解的自加速分解温度TsADT=370.05 K,热爆炸临界温度Te0=388.68K,Tbp0=397.54 K,热分解最可几机理函数的微分形式为f(a) =17×(1-α)18/17.硝酸羟胺热分解各路径中,动力学优先支持路径Path 6、Path 5、Path 4和Path 1生成NO和NO2,其次是Path 2、Path 7和Path 3生成N2和N2O.温度在373 K以下时,Path 1'反应无法自发进行,硝酸羟胺无法进行自发的热分解.从热力学的角度来看,硝酸羟胺在370.05K以下储存是安全的.

A novel method was reported to measure the remnant magnetic field in Lorentz mode in a FEI Tecnai F20 transmission electron microscope equipped with a Lorentz lens. The movement of the circle Bloch line of the cross-tie wall in Permalloy is used to measure the remnant magnetic field by tilting the specimen and adjusting the objective lens current. The remnant magnetic field is estimated to be about 17 Oe, in a direction opposite to that of the objective lens magnetic field. The remnant magnetic field can be compensated by adjusting the value of the objective lens current.
