Transparent conducting oxides Cdln2O4 thin films were prepared by radio-frequency reactive sputtering from a Cd-ln aUoy target in Ar+O2 atmosphere. By transmission spectrum and Hall measurement for different samples prepared at different substrate temperatures, it could be found that the carrier concentration would increase with the decrease of substrate temperature, but absorption edge showed an abrupt variation from a blue shift to a red shift. TheoreticaUy, the paper formulated the effect of high-density point defects on band structures; it embodied the formation of band tailing, Burstein-Moss shift and band-gap narrowing. The density of holes will influence the magnitude of optical band gap and transmittance of light. Since extrapolation method does not fit degenerate semiconductor materials, a more accurate method of obtaining optical band gap is curve fitting. In addition, ionized impurities scattering is the main damping mechanism of the free electrons in Cdln2O4 films, the density of ionized impurities induced by altering substrate temperature will affect the carriers mobility.

合成了POE和苯乙烯(St)-丙烯腈(An)的接枝共聚物(POE-g-SAN).研究了单体比率及POE和单体比率和溶剂等对接枝共聚合反应的影响.从聚合产物中用丙酮抽提得到接枝共聚物POE-g-SAN,并用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、1H-NMP和差示扫描量热法(DSC)对POE-g-SAN的结构,接枝SAN链的组成及热性能进行了分析.实验证明,StAn已经接枝在POE分子链上,SAN接枝链在一定程度上影响了POE的结晶性.

采用高温高压釜,辅以失重法和扫描电镜,对不同H2S分压下(1.4 kPa,20 kPa,60 kPa,120 kPa)油管钢N80、P110的CO2/H2S腐蚀进行了研究.结果表明,在试验H2S分压范围内,随着H2S分压的升高,两种钢的腐蚀速率先增后降,且都在H2S分压为20 kPa时取得最大值.

采用种子乳液聚合方式,以K2S2O8为引发剂引发聚合,合成了一系列PB-g-SAN接枝共聚物.考察了引发剂用量、分子量调节剂(TDDM)用量和橡胶(PB)含量对PB-g-SAN接枝共聚物接枝率的影响.并将K2S2O8引发剂与氧化-还原引发体系做了比较.结果表明,随着引发剂K2S2O8用量逐渐增加,PB-g-SAN接枝共聚物的接枝率逐渐降低.引发剂用量太少时,不能满足聚合要求,PB-g-SAN接枝共聚物的接枝率也会降低.随着分子量调节剂(TDDM)用量的增加,PB-g-SAN接枝共聚物的接枝率逐渐降低.随胶含量的增加,PB-g-SAN接枝共聚物的接枝率逐渐降低.采用氧化-还原引发体系引发聚合有利于接枝反应的进行,在PB含量相同时,采用氧化-还原引发体系合成的PB-g-SAN接枝共聚物的接枝率比采用K2S2O8合成的接枝共聚物接枝率高.

目前有关HCl-H2S-H2O体系中HCl与H2S对碳钢腐蚀的交互作用的试验数据较少.利用电化学方法测试了20碳钢在90℃,不同浓度的HCl,H2S单一腐蚀液及HCl和H2S混合腐蚀液中的腐蚀速率,分析了HCl-H2S-H2O体系中HCl与H2S对20碳钢腐蚀的交互作用.结果表明:20碳钢在单一的HCl或H2S腐蚀液中的腐蚀速率随HCl或H2S浓度的增大而增大;在HCl-H2S-H2O体系中,不论H2S浓度高低,HCl的存在均会促进H2S对20碳钢的腐蚀;只有当HCl的浓度较低(≤248.72 mg/L)时,H2S的存在才会促进HCl对20碳钢的腐蚀;而当HCl浓度较高(≥499.16 mg/L)时,H2S的存在不仅不会促进HCl对20碳钢的腐蚀,还会在一定程度上起阻碍作用.

The sulfidation behavior of a 200 mum thick Fe-40at.%Al sheet has been investigated at temperatures between 973 K and 1273 K in H-2-H2S mixtures with H,S contents of 0.052-9.7vol%. The Fe-40Al sheet exhibited excellent sulfidation resistance at temperatures below 1073 K in all the H2S-H-2 mixtures. This may be attributed to the formation of a thin alumina film on the surface of the Fe-40Al sheet during sulfidation, identified by AES analysis. At temperatures higher than 1173 K, the Fe-40Al sheet also exhibited good sulfidation resistance in the 0.052%H2S-H-2, mixture. and there was only a slight increase in mass gain with tempe rat Lire. This compares favorably with Fe-200-11Al (in at.%) foil which was severely sulfidized even at 973 K in the 0.052% H2S-H-2 mixture, and showed markedly increased mass gain with increased H2S content and temperature.
