The force feed lubrication method is used for drawing aluminum clad steel wire. It is studied how deformation of wire and aspect of the lubricant film are influenced by the die angle, the reduction, the drawing speed and the gap between pressure die and wire. It has been concluded that when the factors above mentioned promote to thicken lubricant film, the drawing force is reduced and this favors the homogenous deformation of aluminum coating and steel core.

使用CF4和CH4为源气体,利用射频等离子体增强化学气相沉积法,制备了a-C:F:H薄膜样品.采用拉曼光谱仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对薄膜的结构进行了测试和分析.研究发现:该膜呈空间网状结构,膜内碳与氟、氢的结合主要以sp3形式存在,而sp2形式的含量相对较少;在薄膜内主要含有C-Fx(x=1,2,3)、C-C、C-H2、C-H3等以及不饱和C=C化学键;同时,薄膜中C-C-F键的含量比C-C-F2键的含量要高.在不同功率下沉积的薄膜,其化学键结构明显不同.

Three-dimensional honeycomb-structured magnesium (Mg) scaffolds with interconnected pores of accurately
controlled pore size and porosity were fabricated by laser perforation technique. Biodegradable and bioactive β-
tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) coatings were prepared on the porous Mg to further improve its biocompatibility,
and the biodegradation mechanism was simply evaluated in vitro. It was found that the mechanical properties
of this type of porous Mg significantly depended on its porosity. Elastic modulus and compressive strength
similar to human bones could be obtained for the porous Mg with porosity of 42.6%-51%. It was observed
that the human osteosarcoma cells (UMR106) were well adhered and proliferated on the surface of the β-
TCP coated porous Mg, which indicates that the β-TCP coated porous Mg is promising to be a bone tissue
engineering scaffold material.

改变CHF3/CH4流量比R=[CHF3]/([CHF3]+[CH4]),采用微波电子回旋共振等离子体化学气相沉积(MWECR-CVD)方法沉积a-C:F:H薄膜.a-C:F:H薄膜的结构和光学带隙使用傅立叶变换红外光谱和紫外-可见光谱来表征.红外结果表明,在低流量比R(R<64%)下,薄膜的红外特征结构主要以-CF(1060cm-1),-CF2(1120cm-1)以及-CHx(2800~3000cm-1)的伸缩振动为主;在高流量比R(R>64%)下,薄膜表现为类聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的结构特征,典型的红外特征峰是位于1220cm-1处的-CF2反对称伸缩振动.薄膜的光学带隙Eg随流量比R的变化表现为先降后升.进一步研究表明,薄膜中的H和F浓度调制着薄膜的 C==C共轭双键结构,使光学带隙Eg从2.37到3.3之间变化.

以全氟辛基磺酰氟为原料,与乙胺在异丙醚中加热反应制得N-乙基全氟辛基磺酰胺,再与2-氯乙醇在加热回流下反应得到N-乙基N-乙醇全氟辛基磺酰胺,随后在碱性条件,加热和带压下与环氧乙烷进行聚合反应,得到表面活性剂C8F17SO2N(C2H5)C2H4(OC2H4)nOH,n=8~9.该活性剂在质量浓度为0.05%时就可将表面张力降至19.2mN/m以下,具有良好的表面活性.运用IR,NMR,DSC,TG等技术对该表面活性剂进行了表征和研究.

利用共振光电离技术和飞行时间质谱技术,观察到了复合物p-C6H4F2…NH3(ND3)的共振双光子电离光谱。光谱分析表明,复合物分子间的伸缩振动频率为86.4~cm-1; 由复合物的光解离机理以及伸缩模的失谐参数与键能的关系,获得了复合物电子激发态S1和基态S0的键能信息。Ab initio 计算表明,p-C6H4F2…NH3(ND3) 复合物的几何结构是:NH3分子中的N原子位于垂直于p-C6H4F2分子环面的对称轴(Z轴)上,距环面的高度为0.352~nm; NH3的C3轴与p-C6H4F2的对称轴夹角是52.5°,且一个氢原子朝向环面;NH3可绕p-C6H4F2分子的Z轴近似的自由转动。键能计算值和预计存在的内转动与实验吻合。

采用双-(β-酮萘胺)镍(Ⅱ)/B(C6F5)3/AlEt3体系可在20~90 ℃范围内在甲苯溶剂中催化醋酸降冰片烯酯聚合,得到中等分子量(Mw=7.0×103~3.1×104 g/mol)和分子量分布较窄(Mw/Mn为1.8~2.0)的醋酸降冰片烯酯聚合物.采用1H NMR、13C NMR、FT-IR、DSC、TGA及广角X射线衍射(WAXD)等技术对所得聚合物进行了结构表征和性能测试.结果表明,所得的聚醋酸降冰片烯酯为加成型产物,证明此催化体系催化醋酸降冰片烯酯聚合是按乙烯基加成模式进行的;所得聚合产物为非晶态,具有短程有序长程无序的特征,分子链间的距离为1.24 nm;聚合产物具有较好的热稳定性(Td>330 ℃),并能够溶解在大部分普通有机溶剂中.
