DZ68 alloy is a new Ni-base directionally solidified superalloy for the blade of advanced turbine engine with high ratio of thrust-mass. In order to investigate the influence of pre-oxidation on the hot corrosion resistance of DZ68 alloy, pre-oxidation treatment was conducted at 950°C in air for 20 h. A mixture of 75% Na2SO4+25% NaCl (in mass fraction) was used for hot corrosion study at 900°C. The microstructure of specimens was investigated by using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) equipped with an energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The compositions of the corroded specimens were determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD). After preoxidation at 950°C in air for 20 h, a protective scale consisting of Cr2O3, Al2O3, NiO, NiCr2O4, and Ni2Ti4O formed on the DZ68 superalloy surface. The pre-oxidation treatment improved the initial incubation stage of
the alloy in the mixture of 75% Na2SO4+25% NaCl melts at 900°C. The oxide layer degraded gradually with increasing the time of hot corrosion. Once the oxide layer was damaged, the corrosion rate would increase rapidly, accompanied by obvious spallation of the corrosion products. At 900 °C, the pre-oxidation treatment could not inhibit the accelerated hot corrosion of DZ68 in the mixture of 75% Na2SO4+25% NaCl melts, with a high corrosion rate.

A static Monte Carlo simulation program has been used to study the influence of primary and secondary knock-on atoms on the angular distribution and the fractionation, for zero-fluence sputtering of Mo-92-Mo-100. At 10 keV Xe ion energy, calculations show that significant depth-dependent momentum asymmetry exists in the near-surface region, as in Refs. (L.P. Zheng, R.S. Li, M.Y.LI, Nucl. Instr, and Meth. B 100 (1995) 490; L.P. Zheng, M.Y. Li, Nucl. Instr. and Meth. B 114(1996) 28). The calculations also show that at the polar emission angle range between 0 degrees and 90 degrees the probabilities of the sputtered primary knock-on atoms for Mo-92 and Mo-100 are small (6.1% for Mo-92 and 6.6% for Mo-100), especially, between 0 degrees and 30 degrees they are very small (2.5% for Mo-92 and 2.8% for Mo-100). At 0.1 keV Ar ion energy, the calculations show that partial momentum flux ratios, for the primary and the secondary knock-on atoms, deviate far from one, through marker plane 1 (about an atomic layer distance from the surface). 利用Thermo-Calc软件并结合金相显微镜,定性研究了2205双相不锈钢在800℃下敏化不同时间后的微观组织演变过程.通过研究扫描速率、介质成分、介质温度和试样表面状态优化了双环电化学动电位再活化法(DL-EPR),并用该优化方法研究了2205双相不锈钢晶间腐蚀敏感性.结果表明:DL-EPR法能定量评价σ相对2205双相不锈钢晶间腐蚀敏感性的影响,随敏化时间延长,σ相含量增多,晶jian 腐蚀敏感性也随之增加.腐蚀形貌的观测验证了这一规律,
