Electroreduction Kinetics for Molten Oxide Slags

The oxygenion conductor, the reducing agent, and the molten oxide slag containing electroactive matter were used as constituent of a galvanic cell. Metal was directly electroreduced from molten slag using a shortcircuit galvanic cell. The following galvanic cell was assembled in the present experiment: graphite rod, [O]FeC saturated|ZrO2(MgO)|Cu(l)+(FeO)(slag), and molybdenum wire. The FeO electroreduction reaction was studied through measuring short circuit current by controlling factors such as temperature, the FeO content in molten slags, and the external circuit resistance. An overall kinetics model was developed to describe the process of FeO electroreduction. It was found that the modeled curves were in good agreement with the experimental values. The new oxide reduction method in the metallurgy with controlled oxygen flow was proposed and the metallurgical theory with controlled oxygen flow was developed.

双模晶体相场模型在相结构转变中的研究进展

双模晶体相场模型是研究复杂晶体结构相变的重要方法.分别介绍了Kuo-An Wu和Greenwood提出的两种双模晶体相场模型,简述了两种模型各自的构造特点:Kuo-An Wu通过在模型中多引入一族倒易矢量来描述复杂晶体结构,Greenwood则通过在自由能函数中引入多峰和构造两点直接相关函数来完成,两者都在模拟三角结构相向正方结构相的转变中得到了广泛应用;进一步指出了Kuo-An Wu模型相转变的影响因素及高斯峰对Green-wood模型相图的影响;最后指明了晶体相场在相变模拟研究中的发展方向.

HEAD-ON COLLISION BETWEEN 2 SOLITARY WAVES IN A RAYLEIGH-BENARD CONVECTING FLUID

A head-on collision between two solitary waves from opposite directions in a Rayleigh-Benard convecting fluid is investigated by use of the Poincare-Lighthill-Kuo method. The fluid system is bounded below by an isothermic plane and above a free deformable surface on which a heat flux is fixed. The results show that, near the transition of the long-wavelength oscillatory instability, the solitary waves emerging from the collision can preserve their original identities to the second order. The phase shifts due to the collision are calculated explicitly.

镧与Sn-Pb合金体系中组元的相互作用关系

采用二元系Miedema生成热模型及其Tanaka过剩熵修正和三元系Chou几何模型, 分析了稀土元素La与Sn-Pb软钎料合金体系中组元元素的相互作用关系. 热力学计算表明, 在Sn-Pb合金体系中, La具有"亲Sn"倾向. 这是添加稀土元素改变Sn-Pb软钎料合金金属学性能的一个基本前提.

Ni3S2-FeS-Cu2S冰镍体系的表面张力

运用几何模型 (Kohler及Toop模型) 和通用溶液模型 (Chou模型), 由Ni3S2-FeS、 FeS-Cu2S和Cu2S-Ni3S2三个二元边界体系的表面张力计算了Ni3S2-FeS-Cu2S三元系表面张力. 计算结果与实验值 (实验误差为±2.5%) 十分吻合, 1473 K下Ni3S2-FeS-Cu2S冰镍体系的等表面张力曲线有较高的可信度, 对分析研究镍的闪速熔炼和转炉吹炼过程有重要意义.

三维编织复合材料弹性性能的表面胞体效应

在作者已有的内胞模型基础上,结合陈利等的面胞纱线走向及Chou等对表面纤维束截面形状的描述,建立了由面胞和内胞组合的有限元分析模型,比较真实地模拟了三维四向编织复合材料的真实结构.通过有限元计算预测了其弹性性能,并同实验结果进行了比较,分析讨论了三维四向编织复合材料的面胞对整体弹性性能的影响.研究结果证明了面胞在三维四向编织复合材料弹性性能有限元预测中的重要性.
