Analysis of VanadiumBearing Titanomagnetite Sintering Process by Dissection of Sintering Bed

Many problems appear in the sintering process of vanadiumbearing titanomagnetite, such as high energy consumption and low productivity; sinter quality is also very poor for its low tumble strength and high reduction degradation. Sinter productivity and quality are dominated by bed permeability and mineralogy structure, which are highly influenced by the thermal state of sintering bed, so the sintering process of titanomagnetite is researched by bed dissection in this work. Temperature evolution curves of sinter materials were measured, and the results show that melting duration, peak temperature duration and sintering temperature of different layers differ greatly from each other; flame front speed and vertical sintering speed of bed lower region are much smaller than those of bed upper region. Simultaneously, sinter samples were collected from different layers, and their mineralogy characteristics are analyzed; sinters from bed lower region have poor mineralogy structure, and the amounts of perovskite and dicalcium silicate increase intensively, which are bad for sinter strength and reduction degradation property. Measures are proposed to improve the quality and productivity of titanomagnetite sinter.

光谱和电化学方法研究黄芩素与核酸相互作用的机理

在pH=3.22的NaAc-HAc溶液中,应用循环伏安法、方波伏安法、荧光光谱法、紫外可见光谱法和黏度法研究了黄芩素(BAI)与鲱鱼精子DNA(fsDNA)之间的相互作用,发现二者通过沟槽作用形成一电活性较高的复合物,fsDNA为BAI提供了一个低极性的疏水环境导致BAI的峰电流显著增强,增强的峰电流与fsDNA在7.0×10-8 ~7.0×10-6 g/mL浓度范围内呈正比,由此建立了一种测定核酸的新方法,检测限达到4.1×10-8 g/mL.

Cu-Zr/ZrN薄膜体系的电阻率和纳米压入研究

采用磁控溅射方法在Si(111)基片上沉积Cu-Zr/ZrN薄膜体系作为扩散阻挡层.通过比较Cu-Zr/ZrN薄膜体系和三元非晶(Mo,Ta,W)-Si-N的电阻率,同时比较Cu-Zr/ZrN薄膜体系和Ta,YaN的硬度,说明作为扩散阻挡层的材料的选取,应从整体性能上考虑,而不能仅仅考虑热稳定性等单一指标.

Improved Nonlinear Equation Method for Numerical Prediction of Jominy EndQuench Curves

Without considering the effects of alloying interaction on the Jominy endquench curves, the prediction results obtained by YU Baihai′s nonlinear equation method for multialloying steels were different from those experimental ones reported in literature. Some alloying elements have marked influence on Jominy endquench curves of steels. An improved mathematical model for simulating the Jominy endquench curves is proposed by introducing a parameter named alloying interactions equivalent (Le). With the improved model, the Jominy endquench curves of steels so obtained agree very well with the experimental ones.

Studies of the g factors and the local structure for Ni3+in LaAl0.9Ni0.1O3, La0.75Y0.25Al0.99Ni0.01O3 and YAl0.9Ni0.1O3

The electron paramagnetic resonance g factors and the local structure for Ni3+ in LaAl0.9Ni0.1O3 (LAN), La0.75Y0.25Al0.99Ni0.01O3 (LYAN) and YAl0.9Ni0.1O3 (YAN) are theoretically studied from the perturbation formulas of the g factors for a 3d7 ion of low spin (S = 1/2) in tetragonally elongated octahedra. In these formulas, the contributions to the g factors from the tetragonal distortion, characterized by the tetragonal field parameters Ds and Dt are taken into account. According to the calculations, the ligand octahedra around Ni3+ are suggested to suffer 2% relative elongation along the [001] (or C4) axis due to the Jahn-Teller effect.

非微扰QCD和核遮蔽效应对K因子的影响

考虑非微扰量子色动力学物理真空夸克凝聚效应,计算了碳核与碳核在质心系能量分别为630和200 GeV时碰撞Drell-Yan过程的K因子,以及加入核遮蔽因子后非微扰效应对K因子的影响,并把计算结果与没有考虑夸克凝聚非微扰效应的K值进行了对比.结果表明,非微扰效应和核遮蔽效应对K因子影响很小.

MgO掺杂对BaSrTiO3介质陶瓷性能的影响

通过实验,研究了MgO掺杂对BaSrTiO3陶瓷介电性能的影响和机理.观察了样品的微观形貌,讨论了氧化镁在调整Ba1-xSrxTiO3铁电陶瓷的介电-温度特性的作用.结果表明,氧化镁掺杂对Ba1-xSrxTiO3系介质陶瓷产生了压峰和移峰作用.借助扫描电镜对所制得的样品进行了分析,氧化镁掺杂使Bai.SrxTiO3系介质陶瓷的结构细晶化.以实验结果和微观结构分析为依据探讨了氧化镁掺杂改性作用的机理.

钛合金绝热剪切的敏感性分析及环境温度的影响

通过引入与Batra及Kim类似的观点,将绝热剪切带宽度定义为绝热剪切带的中心区域的宽度(W5%),在该区域上温度比其峰值小5%,利用Johnson-cook模型及梯度塑性理论分析Ti-6A1-4V绝热剪切带的厚度随环境温度的演变规律.计算表明,随着环境温度的升高,绝热剪切带宽度增加,这与许多实验观测结果一致.当绝热剪切带的总厚度在上限时,绝热剪切带宽度-环境温度曲线是稍微上凹的;但是,当绝热剪切带的总厚度在下限时,绝热剪切带宽度-环境温度曲线基本上是直线,著名的Dodd及Bai模型无法预测这些新现象.关于绝热剪切带宽度的计算结果非常接近于Liao及Duffy的实测结果.在忽略应变硬化的条件下,采用线性软化模型及梯度塑性理论推导w5%的简化解析式,发现环境温度、密度、热容、软化模量、剪切应力的增加使绝热剪切的敏感性降低,而功热转化因子及抗剪强度的降低使绝热剪切的敏感性降低.

Ti-6Al-4V绝热剪切带的厚度及应变率效应研究

通过引入与Batra及Kim类似的论点,将绝热剪切带宽度定义为绝热剪切带的中心区域的宽度(w5%),在该区域上温度比其峰值小5%,利用Johnson-Cook模型及梯度塑性理论分析Ti-6Al-4V绝热剪切带的厚度及应变率的影响.计算表明,在名义应变率的下限(800s-1)及上限(1400s-1)之间,当绝热剪切带的总厚度选取为0.3235及0.0705 mm时,计算结果非常接近于绝热剪切带宽度的上限(55 um)及下限(12 um).当应变率较低时,绝热剪切带较宽.随着应变率的增加,绝热剪切带宽度快速降低.在高应变率时,绝热剪切带宽度基本保持恒定.该理论结果与Dodd及Bai的理论结果有类似之处,与Weerasooriya及Beaulieu针对钨合金的实验结果非常一致,与Klepaczko及Rczaig的数值结果的前半部分相似.

沉淀法制备中药黄芩素分子印迹微球

以黄芩素(BAI)作为模板分子,α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,采用沉淀聚合法不同溶剂体积制备了系列分子印迹聚合物.紫外光谱研究了模板与功能单体相互作用情况,傅里叶变换红外光谱、场发射扫描电子显微镜对其结构进行了表征,并通过动力学吸附和选择性吸附实验对其吸附动力学和热力学以及特异性识别进行了研究.结果表明,模板分子和功能单体之间通过氢键自组装形成1:4配合物;不同溶剂体积对聚合物微球的结构影响显著:随着溶剂体积增加,印迹聚合物微球粒径增加,而吸附量减小;其动力学吸附符合准二级动力学模型,吸附热力学表明其吸附以物理吸附为主;聚合物微球对不同结构底物槲皮素(Qu)和氯霉素(CAP)的吸附表现出低的吸附量,分离因子分别为17.69和26.03.
