CRACK GROWTH, FRACTURE FEATURE AND RUPTURE LIFEDURING CYCLIC CREEP OF SUPERALLOY GH2132

The effects of cyclic loading on crack growth, fracture feature and rupture life of superalloy GH2132 have been studied in the present paper. The crack growth tests were carried out at 550 on compact tension specimens under a wide range of load levels and various periods of hold time, and the fracture surfaces were examined on a scanning electron microscope. The results show that, for both static and cyclic creep, Stage-I of crack growth is related with initial test stress, during which the crack extension is about 0.5mm, and that the final effect of cyclic loading on rupture life depends on the counteraction of its two reversed effects on crack growth rate before and after the point n=0.2.

Hot Deformation Behavior of Modified CNS-Ⅱ F/M Steel

Modified CNS-Ⅱ F/M steel was designed for in-core components of supercritical water cooled reactor. Study on the hot deformation behavior of modified CNS-Ⅱ F/M steel is of great importance for processing parameter planning and microstructure controlling during hot deformation. The hot deformation behavior of modified CNS-Ⅱ F/M steel was investigated through isothermal hot compression test at temperature ranging from 1223 to 1373 K and strain rate 001 to 10 s-1. The true stress-true strain data gained from compression tests were used to built constitutive equation of modified CNS-Ⅱ F/M steel. The influence of strain on the accuracy of constitutive analysis was incorporated, assuming strain has a influence on material constants. A 5th order polynominal equation with very good accuracy was used to represent the influence of strain on material constant. The flow stresses calculated from the constitutive equation were compared with test values in the whole experiment range and the absolute average error for the constitutive equation in predicting flow stress is 4728%. At last, the recrystallization behavior of modified CNS-Ⅱ F/M steel was investigated. The relationship of critical strain and peak strain with Zener-Hollomon parameter were given by an experimental equation.

12Cr-F/M钢在超临界水中的腐蚀行为

采用慢应变速率试验(SSRT)研究了12C>F/M钢在25 MPa,550℃和650℃的超临界水(SCW)中的机械性能,以及在550℃的SCW中的应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)倾向.同时通过均匀腐蚀试验研究了12Cr-F/M钢在550℃/25MPa的SCW中的腐蚀性能.SSRT结果表明,12Cr-F/M钢在550℃/25 MPa时具有优良的机械性能,当温度升高到650 ℃时其机械强度下降明显,但延伸率基本不变.由断口SEM形貌可知,12Cr-F/M钢具有沿晶应力腐蚀开裂(IGSCC)倾向.均匀腐蚀结果表明,12CpF/M钢在550℃/25MPa的SCW中的腐蚀性能较差,其腐蚀增重呈现出抛物线生长规律,1 000 h后其腐蚀增重达741mg/dm2.同时发现其在600 h时表面氧化膜出现裂纹,1 000 h时后观察到氧化膜发生剥落,而氧化膜脱落主要是因为在降温过程中基体与氧化物间不一致的热膨胀系数造成的.

Effect of Heat Treatment Process on Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of Modified CNS-Ⅱ F/M Steel

Ferritic/martensitic (F/M) steels have been recommended as one of the candidate materials for supercritical water cooled reactor (SCWR) in-core components use for its high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion coefficient and inherently good dimensional stability under irradiation condition in comparison to austenitic steel. CNS-Ⅱ F/M steel which has good mechanical properties was one of the 9-12Cr F/M steels designed for SCWR in the previous work. In this study a modified CNS-Ⅱ F/M steel was used and it′s ultimate tensile strength was 925 MPa at room temperature and 483 MPa at 600 ℃ after optimizing heat treatment parameter. The ductile to brittle transition temperature of modified CNS-Ⅱ F/M steel is -55 ℃. Those are at the same level or even higher than that of CNS-Ⅱ and some commercial F/M steels nominated for SCWR in-core component use. The transmission electron microscope (TEM) results showed that the mechanical properties of the tempered martensite was closely related to the decomposition stage of the martensite.

高Tc dc SQUID 1/f噪声的抑制

本文采用偏置电流反转的频率与磁通调制频率相等的方案,研制了带偏置电流反转的dc SQUID测试系统,明显降低了YBCO双晶结dc SQUID的1/f噪声.在3Hz处,磁通噪声由静态偏置时的降低到.1/f噪声的角频率从1kHz下降到3Hz.前放的设计,采用低噪声集成电路,整个磁通锁定环置于测试杆顶端,简化了电路,提高了测试系统的稳定性.在白噪声区,测得最低磁通噪声为 .前放的噪声系数为1.1dB.

Preparation and Superconducting Properties of F-doped SmO1-xFxFeAs

Here we report the fabrication and superconductivity of the iron-based arsenic oxide SmO1-xFxFeAs compound. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results prove that the lattice parameters a and c decrease systematically with increasing x in between 0<x≤0.35, but when x>0.35 the a and c increase with the decrease of x in
the SmO1-xFxFeAs. The critical temperature (Tc) increases with increasing x in between 0.15≤x≤0.3, while x>0.3 the Tc decreases with the increase of x. It is found that at x=0.3 SmO0.7F0.3FeAs has the highest onset resistivity transition temperature of 55.5 K. The critical current density (Jc) value at 10 K for the obtained SmO0.7F0.3FeAs is 1.3×105 A/cm2 (0 T). Meanwhile one can estimates Hc2(0) from the slope of the Hc2(T) curve at T=Tc (HC2 is the upper critical field), and for the 90% normal-state resistivity (ρn) criterion (Tc=55 K), Hc2(0) is determined to be ~253 T.

微量元素对低偏析合金M17F的高温氧化性能的影响

静态空气中氧化实验表明,低偏析镍基铸造高温合金M17F比普通镍基铸造高温合金M17F'(M17F的基础上+0.005%P、0.10%S和0.10%Zr)具有更低的恒温氧化增重速率,但氧化膜的粘附性更差。XRD、SEM和EDAX分析实验表明,两合金氧化膜的组成和结构基本相同。分析认为,M17F'合金中相对高含量的S、P和Zr的共同作用加速了该合金氧化膜的生长,另外该合金中0.1%含量的活性元素Zr改善了氧化膜的粘附性。

高温合金M17和M17F抗氧化性能的比较研究

空气中1000℃、1050℃、1100℃恒温氧化及1000℃循环氧化的热重分析(TGA)表明,M17F合金的氧化速率比M17合金的慢,氧化皮对基体的粘附性也强于M17合金的。金相、扫描电镜、能谱(EDAX)、X衍射和电子探针的观察分析发现在M17合金,γ/γ’基体上MC(M=Ti,V等)碳化物呈细条状析出,且大多分布在析出的大块状的γ相和(γ+γ’)共晶的周围;γ’相的不均匀析出提高了合金表面局部区域的Ti/Cr比,不利于氧化皮的均匀生长,而细长条状的碳化物增大了合金的氧化深度并引起内氧化;而M17F合金在氧化皮/合金基体界面形成了一连续的Ta(Ti)的氧化物带,收善了氧化性能。M17合金表面注入×10(17)Y+/cm2后,改变了氧化层的生长机制,促进了保护性的Cr2O3氧化层的快速形成

Superconductivity modulated by internal pressure in Ce(1-x)Gd(x)FeAsO(0.84)F(0.16) compounds

It is shown that the superconductivity in Ce(1-x)Gd(x)FeAsO(0.84)F(0.16) compounds can be modulated by internal (chemical) pressure. The internal pressure is induced by Gd substitution for Ce in CeFeAsO(0.84)F(0.16), which compresses the crystal lattice. The temperature dependences of resistivity and magnetization show that the superconducting-transition temperature T(c) is enhanced from 40 K for CeFeAsO(0.84)F(0.16) to 47.5 K for Ce(0.6)Gd(0.4)FeAsO(0.84)F(0.16). The increase and subsequent decrease of Tc upon application of external pressure, as observed previously in LaFeAsO(0.89)F(0.11), is entirely confirmed by the modulation of Tc of the Ce(1-x)Gd(x)FeAsO(0.84)F(0.16) superconductors by internal pressure.

12Cr3WV低活性F/M钢的高温热变形行为

利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机研究了一种12Cr3WV低活性铁素体/马氏体钢在1 223~1 373 K,应变速率0.01 ~30 s-1条件下应变量为60%的热压缩变形行为.分析了不同温度和应变速率对实验钢热变形行为的影响,并采用应变硬化速率-应力曲线图较精确地确定了流变曲线中各特征应力应变值.研究结果表明:高温变形时铁素体的存在会抑制奥氏体的动态再结晶;实验钢的热变形激活能和应力指数分别为347.05 kJ/mol和4.11;建立了热变形本构方程,并回归出峰值应力及临界应力与Zener-Hollomon的关系式.
