A type of CO2 sensor based on oxygen concentration cell was designed as following: Cell I: Pt | Au, O2, CO2| Na2CO3(Au)|NKBA(Au)|YSZ|O2, CO2|Pt or Cell II: Pt | Au, O2, CO2|K2$CO3(Au)|NKBA(Au)|YSZ|O2, CO2|Pt. (Na, K-β/β''-Al2O3 is named by NKBA). The sensor signal is consistent with the Nernstian slope within the region of phase equilibrium for Na, K-β/β''-Al2O3 material. The relationship between CO2 sensor voltage response and phase equilibrium of solid electrolyte Na, K-β/β''-Al2O3 is discussed in this paper.

Mechanism for diffusion of B in γ-Fe is believed to be mainly by means of boron-vacancy complexes other than as interstitial atoms previously.This was made of calculation on the ba- sis of theoretical model proposed by the authors.The calculated diffusion coefficient of B in γ-Fe after this mechanism is consistent with the experimental values.In addition,this is also supported by the non-equilibrium segregation phenomenon of B at grain boundaries of γ-Fe and the lattice constant measurement of Fe-B alloy.

Pr-Fe-B/Fe/Pr-Fe-B films with different Fe layer thicknesses were deposited by magnetron sputtering on Si (100) substrate heated at 650 degrees C. Structural and magnetic properties of the Pr-Fe-B/Fe/Pr-Fe-B films were investigated. X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurement results reveal that the Pr-Fe-B/Fe/Pr-Fe-B films are anisotropic when the thickness of Fe layer is smaller than 50 nm. The enhancement of the saturation magnetization in nanocomposite films is attributed to the exchange coupling between the soft and hard phases. The highest coercivity of about 13.9 kOe is achieved in the Mo(50 nm)/Pr-Fe-B(50 nm)/Mo(2 nm)/Fe(2 nm)/Mo(2 nm)/Pr-Fe-B(50 nm)/Mo(50 nm) film and increasing the thickness of soft-magnetic layer results in a continuous decreasing of the coercivity.

采用所构建的长程F-S势函数,对连续升温过程中γ-Fe→δ-Fe→液态Fe的相变过程进行了分子动力学(MD)模拟.结果表明,计算得到的γ-Fe→δ-Fe→以及液态Fe的微观结构(径向分布函数、配位数)和宏观物性(密度)都能与实验结果吻合很好,但相变温度点与实验值的偏差较大,推测是由过快升温速度造成的过热度过高所致.从微观结构、瞬态能量及密度的分析出发,讨论了固态相变(γ-Fe→δ-Fe→)和固-液相变(δ-Fe→液态Fe)的具体过程.其中,固态相变主要形成于晶格扭曲和滑移,而固-液相变即熔化过程起始于固体岛颗粒的边缘,并逐渐向其中心扩散.在相变演化过程中,通过瞬态能量和密度的起伏观察到明显的孕育过程.

采用SHS/QP工艺制备了(TiB2+Fe)/Fe叠层材料.SEM分析表明TiB2+Fe金属陶瓷层结构致密.用EPMA研究了TiB2+Fe金属陶瓷层与Fe基片之间的界面连接机制,结果表明TiB2从TiB2+Fe侧向Fe基片侧进行扩散,以及TiB2+Fe层中的Fe粘结相和Fe基片的粘接完成了(TiB2+Fe)/Fe叠层材料的界面连接.叠层材料接头断裂时,断裂位置发生在TiB2+Fe金属陶瓷层,而不是沿着TiB2+Fe层与Fe基片的界面断裂.

粒径为20—30nm的α—Fe粒子由CWCO2激光气相热解Fe(CO);方法制备.对α一Fe纳米粒子从室温到高温的氧化研究表明,在低于150℃条件下,氧化产物为Fe3O4;200-300℃则为γ—Fe2O3;高于400℃,γ—Fe2O3转变为α—Fe2O3.高温氧化过程中无Fe3O4和FeO(浮氏体)形成用TEM和XRD分析表明,α—Fe纳米粒子氧化产物γ一Fe2O3及α一Fe2O3仍为纳米微粒,而且具有实心和空心两种形态本文还探讨了氧化物的形成机制.

采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)研究了Fe-Co-Nd-Dy-B非晶合金晶化过程中α-Fe、Fe3B纳米晶的生长动力学.根据纳米晶生长达到稳定状态所需的时间常数tE与退火温度Ta的关系,计算了α-Fe和Fe3B纳米晶的生长激活能为:Egα-Fe=95±2 kJ/mol和E Fe3B=133±13 kJ/mol.该值远小于α-Fe和Fe3B两相的表观晶化激活能:Ecα-Fe=555 kJ/mol和EcFe3B=481 kJ/mol.这表明Fe-Co-Nd-Dy-B非晶合金晶化过程中α-Fe和Fe3B纳米晶的形成主要由成核所控制.

The solubilities of Ce,Nd and Y in α-Fe at 873 to 1153 K have been deter mined by means of electron microprobe quantitative analyses.The temperature dependences of the solubilities were obtained from the experimental data.The results have been compared with those deter- mined by three other technigues,very good agreement was obtained between the results of all these techniques.
