Effects of High Strain Rate on Properties and Microstructure Evolution of TWIP Steel Subjected to Impact Loading

The mechanical properties of the TWIP steel subjected to impact loading at various strain rates were analyzed by the Split Pressure Hopkinson Bar. Meanwhile the microstructure of the TWIP steel fore-and-after the dynamic deformation were characterized and analyzed by optical microscopy (OM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The result shows that when the TWIP steel was deformed under dynamic station, the stress, microshardness and work hardening rate increase with the increment of strain and strain rate; there exist stress fluctuation and decline of work hardening rate for adiabatic temperature rising softening. There exist many pin-like deformation twins in the microstructure of the TWIP steel subjected to impact loading, the grain size after deformation is bigger than that before; the interaction of twins with dislocation and twins with twins, especial emergence of high order deformation twins are the main strengthening mechanisms of the TWIP steel. The nucleation mechanism of deformation twins will be “rebound mechanism”; the incomplete deformation twins can be observed when the strain rate is low; when strain rate raises, deformation twins unite together; furthermore, deformation twins become denser because the nucleation rating enhancing with strain rate increasing.

Effect of Baking Process on Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of Low Silicon TRIP Steel Sheet with Niobium

After 2% pre-deformation, the baking treatment with different schedule was carried out in low silicon TRIP steel sheet with niobium. The effects of baking temperature and time on microstructures and mechanical properties were investigated. The results show that, with increasing of baking temperature and time, the volume fraction of retained austenite decreases, and tempered martensite increases; As baking temperature ranging from 80 to 170℃, the bake-hardening(BH) value increases obviously, while from 170℃ to 230℃, the variation of BH value is very slight; As baking time ranging from 2 to 20 min, the BH value increases significantly, while the BH value decreases when it exceeds 20 min. So that when the baking temperature is 170℃ and the baking time is 20 min, the low silicon TRIP steel sheet exhibits good bake-hardening behavior, the highest BH value being above 70MPa.

CuCl对Et3NHCl/AlCl3离子液体催化性能的影响

用CuCl对Et3NHCl/AlCl3离子液体进行改性,并考察了其对异丁烷-丁烯烷基化反应的催化性能. 结果表明,烷基化油的收率达到178%,C8组分的含量达到85%,辛烷值(RON)达到94.8. 通过结构组成及电荷分布分析可知,在CuCl改性的Et3NHCl/AlCl3离子液体中形成了新的配位结构AlCl4CuCl-,它作为更好的碳正离子受体,在反应过程中可降低碳正离子的浓度,进而降低烯烃的聚合程度,抑制较长碳链烷烃的生成,改善烷基化油的组成.

三元配合物Er(Et2 dtc)3(phen)的热化学性质

在无水乙醇中,用铜试剂(NaEt2dtc·3H2O)和邻菲咯啉(o-phen·H2O)与水合氯化铒(ErCl3·3.46H2O)作用,制得三元固态配合物. 化学分析和元素分析确定其组成为Er(Et2dtc)3(phen). IR光谱研究表明,配合物中Er3+与NaEt2dtc中的硫原子双齿配位,同时与o-phen中的氮原子双齿配位. 用微热量计测定了标题配合物在298.15 K下的液相生成反应焓变ΔrHθm(l)为(-13.857±0.096) kJ/mol,计算出它的固相生成反应焓变ΔrHθm(s)为(119.662±0.695) kJ/mol;得到了标题配合物液相生成反应的热动力学和动力学参数;测定了固态配合物的恒容燃烧能ΔcU为(-18 436.62±9.11) kJ/mol,其标准摩尔燃烧焓ΔcHθm和标准摩尔生成焓ΔfHθm经计算分别为(-18 455.83±9.11) kJ/mol和(-329.48±9.91) kJ/mol.

配合物[Er2(Ts-gly)6(H2O)4](4,4'bpy)2(ET)2的水热合成与表征

采用水热合成法合成了二聚体铒配合物[Er2(Ts-gly)6(H2O)4](4,4'-bpy)2(ET)2(Ts-gly-=对甲苯磺酰甘氨酸根离子,4,4'-bpy=4,4'-联吡啶,ET=乙醇),并利用元素分析、红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TG-DSC)和X射线衍射等实验手段研究了配合物的组成、结构和性质.X射线衍射结果表明:该配合物晶体属三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数是:a =1.10408(13) nm,b=1.41954(17) nm,c=1.5738 (2)nm,α=72.812(6)°,β=89.013(5)°,γ =75.660(6)°,V=2.2789(5) nm3,Mr =2180.53,Dc =1.589 g·cm-3,Z =1,μ=2.050 mm-1.8个氧原子在铒离子周围形成一个变形的三角十二面体配位环境.配合物存在丰富的氢键,将配合物连接成二维层状超分子结构.

Reply to "Comment on 'Low-temperature lattice excitation of icosahedral Al-Mn-Pd quasicrystals' "

In response to the comment by Wang and Qin, we have rewritten our equation (22) following the coordinate system of Dina, et al. [J. Wuhan Univ. (Nature Science Edition) 3, 23 (1992)]. According to the thermodynamic stability condition and the experiment of Capitan et al., we have chosen the new parameters of the phason elastic constants. Based on this, we have recalculated the coefficients of the expressions on the vibrational denty of states and the specific heat of the icosahedral Al-Nin-Pd quasicrystal. Our results are still in agreement with the experimental data measured by Walti et al. [Phys. Rev. B 57, 10 504 (1998)]. It demonstrates that our method is useful for dealing with the low-temperature vibrational excitation of icosahedral quasicrystals.

Reply to Comments on "Interdiffusion in the beta phase region of the Ni-Al-Cr system"

A recent comment on a previously published paper addressed the invalid explanation of the off diagonal interdiflusion coefficients of the beta-Ni(Al,Cr) phase in the Ni-Cr-Al system according to the symmetric property of the thermodynamic matrix. In this paper, the experimental data presented by Hou et al. was reanalyzed and the interdiffusion coefficient matrix was estimated again. The results of the analysis have been discussed in terms of a brief reply to the comments of Liu and Liang. (C) 2010 Acta Materialia Inc. Published by Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

P ET基近红外吸收滤光片的制备及其夜视兼容性能?

采用溶剂混合法将近红外吸收染料分散在丙烯酸树脂中制成近红外吸收涂料,再将涂料与 PET薄膜复合制备了一种应用于夜视兼容照明的柔性近红外吸收滤光片。研究了两种近红外吸收染料 ND736和ND865的光谱吸收特性,确定了两种近红外吸收染料的配比,并对滤光片的色度进行了调整。结果显示,滤光片在665~930 nm 波段的光线平均透过率为0.14%,在400~625 nm 波段的光线平均透过率为22.35%,白光LED光经滤光片滤光后的色度为(u′=0.165,v′=0.508)。经环境实验后,滤光片的光学性能未发生明显变化,具有良好的实际应用性能。

微波法合成(SBA-15) -Et2O3纳米复合材料研究

本文采用了水热合成法制备出介孔分子筛SBA-15,并创新性地利用微波液相介质法、微波固相法把纳米Eu2O3成功的组装到介孔分子筛SBA-15孔道内.所制备的(SBA-15) -Eu2O3主-客体纳米复合材料表现出与Eu2O3不同的发光现象,它发出单色光,使光谱纯化.
