Giant Stress-impedance Effect in Amorphous and Current Annealed Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 Ribbons

The giant stress-impedance (GSI) effect in amorphous and current annealed Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 ribbons has been investigated. The results showed that the GSI effect changed drastically with annealing techniques and the maximum stress impedance ratio of 350% was obtained after optimal conditions of current annealing. The behaviors of the stress impedance vary with densities of annealing current and the stress longitudinally applied during currentannealing. The maximum change of stress impedance existed in the sample annealed by high-current-density electropulsing under applied stress of 100 MPa.

Preparation of ternary Mg-Li-Sn alloys from molten salt by electrolysis

Electrochemical behavior of Mg, Li and Sn on tungsten electrodes in LiCl-KCl-MgCl2-SnCl2 melts at 873 K was investigated. Cyclic voltammograms (CVs) showed that the underpotential deposition (UPD) of magnesium on pre--deposited tin leads to the formation of a Mg-Sn alloy, and the succeeding underpotential deposition of lithium on pre-deposited Mg-Sn alloy leads to the formation of a Mg-Li-Sn alloy. Chronopotentiometric measurements indicated that the codepositon of Mg, Li and Sn occurs at current densities more negative than -1.16 A·cm - 2. X-ray diffraction (XRD) indicated that Mg2Sn phase is formed via galvanostatic electrolysis. The element Mg distributes homogeneously and Sn locates mainly on the grain boundaries in the Mg-Li-Sn alloy.

Giant magneto-impedance effect in Fe96-xZrxB4 (x=7 or 10) nanocrystalline ribbons

The total ribbon voltage of as-quenched and annealed Fe96-xZrxB4 (x=7 or 10) ribbons has been measured as a function of applied de field and drive current frequency. The experimental results show that both samples exist the optimum annealing temperature and optimum frequency at which the relative change in ribbon voltage is strongest, and the sensitivity of the magnetic response of the annealed Fe89Zr7B4 ribbon is two order of magnitude larger than that of the annealed Fe86Zr10B4 ribbon. The effect of magnetic properties and structural characteristics on giant magneto-impedance was discussed.

HAN液晶盒撤掉外加电压的过程(即弛豫过程)中,假定电压的开关时间为有限的,把电压处理为时间的指数衰减函数.在这一假定下,对撤掉外加电压后HAN液晶盒中指向矢的分布情况进行研究,得到了对HAN液晶盒的弛豫过程有影响的电压开关时间的范围.

电场诱导纳米结构HAN液晶盒中新型有序重构过程的描述

基于 Landau-de Gennes 理论,利用松弛迭代的方法,研究了包含-1/2向错线的混合排列(HAN)液晶盒中,平行于向错线的电场所诱导的结构转变。结果表明,盒厚固定时,电场诱导五种结构转变过程;电场固定时,盒厚变化产生三类结构转变方式。力曲线上的极小值确定了液晶系统发生结构转变的临界盒厚。

HAN-IPS液晶盒的引流效应

根据Erickson-Leslie流体动力学理论,研究了混合排列向列相-共面转换液晶盒的引流效应.在强锚定边界条件下,经过理论推导,得出液晶指向矢与流速的关系方程,进一步通过数值计算得出指向矢分布与时间的关系.发现引流效应加快了指向矢达到平衡态的速度,而且破坏了指向矢分布的瞬态对称性,特别在加电压的初始几毫秒这种现象非常明显.

The research on plasma immersion ion implantation has been conducted for a little over ten years. Much is needed to investigate including processing technlogy, plasma sheath dynamics, interaction of plasma and surface, etc. Of the processing methods elavated temperature technique is usually used in PIII to produce a thick modified layer by means of the thermal diffusion. Meanwhile plasma ion heating is more recently developed by Ronghua Wei et al[1]. Therefore the temeperature is a critical parameter in plasma ion processing. In this paper we present the theoretical model and analysize the effect of imlantation voltage, plasma density, ion mass,etc on the temperature rise.

介观LC电路在时变电源作用下量子态的演化

采用Wei-Norman方法,求出含时变电压源的介观LC电路随时间演化的精确解,应用相空间准概率分布函数,研究了时变电源作用下介观LC电路相干态的量子特性,结果表明此函数是一个二维运动的Gauss波包,其中心电量和磁通呈余弦和正弦变化.
